Part Five
Part Five:
Galdor and the twins had been riding all afternoon, heading west on the great east road. It was their second day out from Mithlond and they had passed the Tower Hills and were almost to the bounds of the West Farthing. They had camped along the road and Galdor had enjoyed the feeling of sleeping under the stars. Elves were not meant to live within stone, although that is what most elves did, he felt freer surrounded by nature and his soul sang with the birds and trees. The only thing that would have made him more complete was if Cirdan had been lying by his side. He felt naked without Cirdan’s arms encircling him.
Now he was atop his horse riding in-between Nórdithen and Gondithen. Focusing on the sounds of the forest and keeping alert for any danger which was very unlikely on the borders of the Shire.
“Why did Lord Elrond call the council?” Gondithen asked out of the blue. It had been weighing on his mind since before they had left the Gray Havens.
“You do not know? There have been many strange things that we know about at work in the wide world, Gondithen, and many that we have not heard about. We go to Rivendell to discuss matters with all free people of Middle Earth, and to learn how we can help against the threat of Mordor. I can not believe that Cirdan told you nothing of why we are traveling to the Last Homely House, and yet you still agreed to come.”
“You are our friend Galdor, and if you must go somewhere then we must also.”
“We also know that it must be something important if our Lord was sending you and we wanted to help.” Nórdithen added
“You are very noble friends and I am very lucky to have you, both of you.” Galdor said while looking from one twin to the other. “We are close to the border of the Shire; we should see hobbits at any moment.”
They had camped that night well off of the road after making it past Waymeet and the night past quietly. They took turns keeping watch and broke camp early in the morning just after the sun had risen over the rim of the horizon.
“We should be well in to the East Farthing by night fall” Galdor said as they began to make their way back on to the Great East Road.
The day past much as the night had, quietly with little interruptions. They met few Hobbits on the road, but when they did they would stop and chat for a bit. It was getting time to stop for mid-day meal and Galdor was ready to get off his horse. The muscles in his thighs were beginning to protest from riding and his back end had not been this sore for a long time. They ate a quick meal of dried beef and cheese, and all too soon mounted their horses to start again.
Galdor was riding behind the twins as the road had narrowed somewhat and did not allow for three horses to ride abreast. His mind began to wonder, and as young lovers mind often do, his thought came to Cirdan. He thought of his long silver hair, his strong graceful limbs, and his pert round behind. He began to think of how it felt for Cirdan to run his hands up his back and tangle in his hair as they kissed and the feel of is solid weight pressing him down into the mattress. Before Galdor knew it, he had grown hard and wanting. ~I can not keep doing this, its bad enough that I wake ever morning with an erection, now I am doing it when awake.~
Galdor tried to think unsexy thought, he thought of Mithrandir, but that led to council meetings, which led to Cirdan, which in turn lead to Cirdan taking him on the council room table, which did not help matters. He then thought of dwarves, but that led to mining, which lead to shafts, which in turn lead to Cirdan’s large shaft drilling in to him.
“I NEED TO RELEAVE MYSELF” Galdor yelled rather quickly while jumping from his horse before she had even stopped.
The twins pulled up on their horses’ reigns and looked back in time to see Galdor practically running in to the forest.
“What is his problem?” they both asked each other.
Galdor ran into the forest until he could no longer see or hear the twins. ~What is wrong with me~ he thought, ~I have never lost control like this~ he untied his leggings and his erection sprang out hard and dripping. Galdor took himself in one hand and began to stroke the other he placed against the tree in front of him for support. His thoughts drifted back to Cirdan. He could almost feel his lover as he imagined his hand was Cirdan’s mouth sucking him in to the back of his throat. He was so taken with the idea that he did not hear the footsteps that came up behind him.
“What are you doing, Galdor?” a voice said.
His eyes grew large and he fumbled to put himself back into his leggings. He whipped his head around and stared into clear blue eyes.
“Gildor! I wasn’t doing anything, just relieving myself” he tried to say coolly, but his voice wavered.
“I see” Gildor said while he looked Galdor up and down and smirking. “You should not wonder so far from you company even in the shire, there are foul things afoot, and you need to be more careful. I could have been a threat sneaking up on you.”
“I-I will keep that in mind.” Galdor stuttered. He knew that his face was beet red and that Gildor was not fooled for a second about what he was doing out here, thinking quickly he changed the subject as they began to make their way back to the road and the waiting twins. “What are you doing in the shire? I thought you would be going to the council in Rivendell.”
“Elrond sent me word to stay here; he and Mithrandir are concerned about Bilbo’s nephew and wish for me to keep an eye out for him. The wheels are in motion already Galdor, war is coming, and I fear the enemy will strike soon.” Gildor said while looking Galdor square in the eyes. “We must decide now if we will stay and fight or seek safety in Aman.” They had reached the road and heard the twins calling to them. Gildor’s face instantly turned from grave to cheerful as he addressed the twins.
“I found him; he looks a little flush for just walking in the woods”
“He looks that way often after meeting with Lord Cirdan also.” Nórdithen said cheekily.
“Cirdan?” Gildor whispered. “You and Lord Cirdan? Who would have thought?”
Galdor turned even redder if that was possible and mounted his horse. “Stay safe, Gildor, I hope we will meet again soon.”
“You also, Galdor; I will not fail in my mission and I ask that you keep your eyes open for the hobbits and alert me if you see danger. I and my company are staying at Woodend; you can send word to me there.” Gildor said then placed his hand on his heart and bowed to Galdor, after that he slipped back into the forest without a sound.
“Let’s go” Galdor said “We may be able to make it to the eastern boarders of the Shire tonight if we ride hard.”
