Willow's Creek
A/N:I wrote this chapter a long time ago and i had posted it but apparently it didnt flow well thats why i took it down and posted chapter 18 to hopefully clarify a few things. So this if you're wondering is a continuation from chapter 17.
Yeah sorry extremely long wait, I know don’t kill me. This chapter might look a little familiar but hey I wrote it before and then removed it to put in a chapter to explain some things that weren’t clear. Thank you Jus for being my wonderful faithful beta.
Disclaimer: Still don’t own the elves. Ah well can’t complain they’d be a handful.
Chp. 19 Willow’s Creek.
‘Carter obviously wants a fight. I could take him with one blade behind my
back.’ Legolas thought with a smile.
"Carter reminds me of a prissy orc." Legolas sat up not realizing he said it
out loud.
"A prissy what?" Rachel asked.
"Pardon? Oh, never mind, I wouldn't want to ruin this moment with talk of
that vile creature. " Legolas said disgustedly.
"You think him a vile creature? Whatever the reason, it will be over soon; I
will end whatever we had at dinner tonight." Rachel said as she crawled out
of bed and headed for her closet.
"I don't want you to go alone to see him tonight. I will accompany you to
ensure your safety." Legolas insisted.
"You're a keeper you know that Legolas?" Rachel smiled. "Don’t worry, I'll
be fine; maybe we can go to the festival when I get back, what do you
think?"
"Wait here." Legolas said as he rushed out of the room quickly, returning
with one of his daggers. "Take this, you might need it."
"Wha- Legolas no, I will not need an escort or a dagger. It’s just Carter
okay? Thank you anyway…it’s sweet that you care enough to make such
gestures. Now I'm going to change my clothes and leave." Rachel said walking
into the bathroom.
"You dress in nice attire for this man?" Legolas asked somewhat baffled.
"No… a girl has always got to look her best when going out in public,
besides we are going to the festival afterwards so why not kill two birds
with one stone?" Rachel said winking as she closed the door.
"Kill two birds with one- that is impossible…unless you are highly skilled
of course, but why would you want to kill two birds? It is not as if they
have inflicted some sort of harm on you." Legolas stated.
~~~~~~~~~~In the other room~~~~~~~~~~
"Haldir? I think we should break up Rachel and Carter. I mean it's the only
way all of us can truly be happy. So what if Carter's the bad boy type that
she likes, it’s not like he has anything to offer her. Don't you agree?"
Shannon asked.
"I think we should get back to bed… then if there's time we can talk about
breaking Carters face." Haldir replied grabbing Shannon's hand.
"That's all you elves think about, sex… isn't it?" Shannon asked.
"First of all, my lady, we elves refer to it as ‘love making’ not sex as you
say. And second of all, when I am around you, yes, it is all I think
about...well, that and other things I would not utter here." Haldir replied
seductively.
Shannon cocked an eyebrow and Haldir sighed.
"Look I'll gladly harm Carter for you…for anybody in fact, but right now,
you and I have some unfinished business to attend to." He replied pulling
her to the bed.
"You are an excellent negotiator Elf boy," Shannon said wrapping her arms
around his neck. "You're lucky I like you, ‘cause otherwise I'd kick you for
not agreeing with what I planned first."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~deadly Plots~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"She's lying boss, I mean you saw it with your own eyes. They were together,
you can't deny that." Drake said as he opened the car door.
"She's not a liar. She's fucking stupid that's all; she doesn't see that he
is taking advantage of her. This shit's gotta end. Tonight in the woods it’s
all over for that home wrecker. His ass is grass, Drake…you hear me!" Carter
shouted.
"Yeah I hear you boss."
"She's gonna hate me for this." Carter said clenching his teeth.
"She don't got to know it was you boss. Besides I'll gladly do the job
myself if-
"NO! That little shit messed with me too many times, I'm taking him out and
that other one too.
“You think we can take him? Or do we need more men? I can call the gang up;
they'd be honored to take some lives…it’s what they live for." Drake said as
he grabbed his cell phone.
"Yeah, just in case anything should go wrong the gang should be there. That
old shack just past willows creek will be the perfect place. Nobody goes
there anymore; we can set a trap. They won’t even know what hit them."
Carter said his anger subsiding.
"They won’t even know what hit em" Drake repeated with a smirk…as if it was
his idea.
"Did I ask for an echo?" Carter snapped.
"Huh- I uh sorry boss, I was just in the moment you know?" Drake said with a
nervous smile which slowly faded at the sight of Carter’s annoyed
expression.
"I'll make dinner reservations at Torrinni's for 7pm. You know tonight's
that dance festival, I'll hire some people to keep Rachel busy while I slip
out the back door, and head for that old shack around 7:30, and lure that
piece of shit down there to his death. I doubt it'll take me long at all.
Then I'll rush back to Torrinni's and Rachel wont suspect a thing. Meanwhile
you and the gang can take care of that other asshole. When you're done, bury
the bodies deep in the forest." Carter said proud of his plan.
"One problem boss, Shannon, what are we gonna do with her?" Drake asked
"Aw shit! I forgot about her. You know every time I've got something good
going for me she has to go and fuck it up. Take her out too." Carter said
his anger returning. He truly loathed Shannon with a passion.
"But Rachel's gonna know something’s up when she gets back home. I mean we
can easily say those two freaks are walking in the forest, but she's gonna
know something’s up if Shannon's gone." Drake stated.
"After dinner I plan on taking Rachel back to my place. And we're not leaving until I get what I want. Afterwards I'll drop Rachel off and we'll be out of town by morning. So you can do whatever you feel is necessary to Shannon, her life has no value to me." Carter stated with an evil grin.
