Sweets for the sweet
It’s all about love this time!
Disclaimer: Unfortunately it’s all mad up. I’d pay for it to be real!
Notes: Damn, but I’m feeling happy. Could hug the world. Or maybe just a little part of it… *hugs*
18. Sweets for the sweet
“Hello,” Dave smiled at the beautiful blonde woman and handed her his boarding card.
Smiling back the woman gave Dave back his part of the card. “I hope you’ll enjoy your flight, Sir,” she replied, her voice sounding unnaturally friendly, before she reached out her hand to accept the boarding card of the following passenger.
“Shit!” Eliza suddenly cursed and Dave cocked his head to glance down at his daughter. “What’s wrong, sunshine?”
“You don’t happen to have chewing gum, dad?” Eliza was searching her bag with her free hand. “Can’t find mine…”
“I’ll check for it in the plane,” Dave promised. “I usually have some with…” Dave only heard Eliza’s high-pitched scream when suddenly his feet slipped away and he fell, felt the panic as he lost touch with the ground, his arms desperately trying to grasp into nothingness. Breath was knocked out of Dave’s lungs as a pair of strong arms caught him in mid-fall, saving him from the hard impact on the ground.
“Gotcha!”
Dave felt that he was lifted to his feet again. For some seconds he just stood there, trying to catch his breath, but then Dave turned around to face his saviour, frowning when he found himself staring into a well-muscled chest that was hugged tightly by a dark-blue t-shirt.
“Up here,” a low voice growled and Dave blushed when he saw the amused smirk on the handsome man’s face.
“I…um…thank you,” Dave stammered, trying to cover his embarrassment, but the other man’s grin just broadened.
“Always willing to save you again, Roo,” the man laughed, his brown eyes twinkling mischievously as he blew Dave a kiss before he turned around to pick up his jacket, bag and newspaper he had thrown away to catch Dave.
“Dad!” Eliza hissed as she tried to catch up with her father who suddenly seemed to be in quite a hurry to get into the plane. “That man was just flirting with you!” she said in an intrigued voice.
“He wasn’t,” Dave hissed back, the tips of his ears turning red as he greeted the flight-attendant standing next to the entrance of the airplane.
Eliza rolled her eyes. “He was giving you nicknames and blew you a kiss, dad. What would you call it if not flirting?”
In the meantime Dave had found their row and was angrily trying to stash his bag away. “He just teased me for being clumsy,” Dave said, trying to keep his voice low. “Please give me your bag, sunshine. I’ll put it up here for you…”
“Well, actually I agree with the young lady,” a deep voice behind Dave interrupted them and when Dave jumped around he was staring at the dark-haired man who had caught him before. “I was flirting with you…”

“Lorna!” Henry’s eyes widened in surprise when Sean’s oldest daughter flew into his arms, tiptoeing to kiss his cheek lightly. He felt a distinct emptiness in his heart when he stepped back and let go of him, wanting to hold her just a little longer.
“Oh sorry,” Lorna laughed in her rich voice, her blue eyes sparkling. “You have lipstick on your face now. Wait a sec…” Her small hand reached out and wiped the red colour from Henry’s skin.
Henry’s whole body seemed to tingle from her soft touch. “We didn’t expect you before tomorrow evening…” he said lamely, stepping to the side so that Lorna could enter Sean’s and Viggo’s house.
“I could catch an earlier flight,” Lorna replied, smiling when Henry offered to carry her suitcase. “Where’s dad, Vig and Molly?” she asked, looking around curiously.
“The parents are out getting something to eat and Molly’s out meeting some friends…” Henry grinned nervously, his heart thumping so loudly in his chest that he thought that he thought Lorna could hear it. “Seems as if you’re stuck with me…”
“Some personal Henry-only-time?” Lorna put her hand on Henry’s arm. “Sounds good to me…” Just in that moment the door opened and another blonde girl entered the room, flying into Lorna’s arms.
“Lorna!” Molly called, pressing her older sister closely to her. “Where the hell did you come from so suddenly?!”
A little sadly Henry watched the two blond girls hug, feeling the loss of having to share Lorna with her sister.

“Hi.” The man grinned at Dave’s dumbfounded look. “Rendered you speechless, Roo?”
Dave closed his mouth very slowly. “If I’m Roo…” Dave asked with his eyebrows darn up. “What does that make you? Fucking Tigger?”
The man laughed very loudly. “You can call me whatever you want, Roo,” he grinned, then reached out to put his bag next to Dave’s and Eliza’s. “It must be fate…” he sighed as he pressed his way past Dave to sit down at the window. “We’re sitting in the same row, Roo!” The dark-haired man patted the seat next to him. “Sit down, Roo!” he tried to encourage Dave.
“That’s your seat, Eliza,” Dave mumbled as he turned around to face his daughter, relieved that he didn’t have to sit next to the stranger.
“Dad?” Eliza asked, not moving to sit down.
“Yes, sunshine?” Dave asked exasperatedly.
“I wanted to ask you if we could swap seats,” Eliza chirped innocently. “I always get sick sitting in the middle…”
Frowning Dave mouthed “What the fuck”, but sat down next to the stranger.
“Thank you, young lady,” the man smiled at Eliza and Dave leant back in his seat, groaning softly. How did he deserve such an evil brat as an daughter? This was so going to be a very long flight.
Literally speaking.

“I’m back, love!” Dom called, placing the bags filled with groceries on the kitchen counter. He took a chocolate bar out of one of the bags and walked into the living room where Billy was sitting and reading. “Hey,” Dom smiled as he leant over Billy’s shoulder to kiss his lover softly on his lips. “Here…” He handed Billy the chocolate. “Sweets for my sweetie…”
“Thanks,” Billy said. “But you really didn’t have to do this, love… I know how difficult it is for you that I can eat sweets and you can’t…”
“I wouldn’t have brought it if it wasn’t ok for me,” Dom interrupted Billy, shaking his head. “It’s raspberry and white chocolate,” he explained, nuzzling Billy’s neck. “I thought you’d like that…”
“Mmmhh…” Billy sighed. “I like that very much…”
Chuckling Dom walked around the couch and kneeled down in the opened V of Billy’s legs. “I’m fantasizing quite much about chocolate lately…” he confessed. “Chocolate and you…” Dom sealed Billy’s mouth with a kiss when the other man tried to speak. “Sssh…” Dom whispered quietly. “Let me…” Tenderly he combed his hand through Billy’s soft hair. “I never realised how much chocolate means to me until now…” he mumbled and started to lick his way down Billy’s throat. “It came over me in the supermarket…as I imagined the chocolate melting in your mouth, how sweet your kisses would taste afterwards…”
Billy whimpered softly as Dom placed another lingering kiss on his lips.
“So sweet…” Dom breathed. “It’s a pity. I’ve got all those fantasies involving you and chocolate – and I’ll never be able to act them out…”
Billy shivered as if waking up from a hypnosis and then shrugged his shoulders. “You could always throw some carrot-sticks and salad onto me,” he offered, his mischievous grin fading away very quickly as Dom ground his hips into Billy’s awakening erection.
