Epilogue
Five years later….
Viggo sat down at the breakfast table at his ranch in Idaho. He picked up the newspaper and began reading it while he waited for his breakfast to cool. Then he looked over his newspaper and watched as a spoon sailed across the table as if supported by strings and dipped into the sugar bowl and then traveled back over to the bowl of oatmeal sitting in front of the blue eyed, blond headed three-year-old girl across from him. He put the newspaper down on the table and looked at his daughter shaking his head.
“Sarah honey…she’s doing it again!” Viggo called out to hife sfe standing at the sink setting the last dish in the drainer.
“Amanda! We do not use magic at the breakfast table.” She scolded. The little girl giggled and then turned her best puppy dog eye look on her father. He smiled and cut a glance at his pregnant wife who wasn’t watching. Then his own spoon sailed across the table, dipped into the sugar bowl, and then sailed back not dropping a grain of sugar and then it began stirring his coffee as Viggo watched grinning at his talented daughter. Life was always amusing when living with two hereditary witches.
When he saw Sarah turn and head toward the table he winked at his daughter and grabbed the spinning spoon in his cup. Sarah sat down and looked at both of them knowingly and shook her head.
The End.
Special thanks to Glorfindel for the plot bunny for the Epilogue... :)
