Was it only me but Karla, I think that there was a repeat on the first 4 paragraphs or so. But other than that, it was a hot chapter. Man, when will he deliver? I cannot wait. I still owe you an email.

Ah! AH! AHHH! (>o<) ::screams:: I love the whole "The Old Ways" series! I've read all 85 five chapters and I luuurv all of 'em, and in two days, no less. I love the fact the Legolas isn't overly feminized in the story. He still has that warrior mentality that I love.
I swear, when I read the chapter where Haldir had supposedly died in Aragorn's arms and I nearly screamed. I had a hankercheif in my hands and I nearly shredded it. It wasn't one of those weak tissue-paper ones either! Cloth! I sat there, jaw slack, eyebrows furrowed and everything saying "Oh, my god. Oh, my god." I thought for sure that Legolas was going to have a miscarriage or something, since elves bodies are so connected with their emotions.
I have this thing where, to remember a story, I play a song over and over again so that whenever I hear that song I will automatically think about the story and I can actually feel the emotions that where going through my mind when I was reading the story. It works.
The "theme song" to your story was actually, I'm kinda embarassed to say, an upbeat country song sang by one Jessica Andrews. It's kinda corny, but like I said, it helps me remember and none of my song mach the fanfictions I read any way...
Anywho! I'm anxiously awaiting the next chapters of this story. I'm glad I finally learned how to used the aff search engine, otherwise, I would never have found such a great story!!

Awwww.....that was just so sweet. I can't wait for your next update. I still owe you an email. Can't seem to find the time to reply. I'm still missing my mom deeply, she left last Saturday. 2 weeks with her is just not enough. I will email you soon. Tonight I hope. Keep those wonderful chapters coming.
