Where's
the Ring?

"So Frodo where did you put the ring?style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial'>  I don't see it on your
finger."  Pippin inquired of his friend and fellow hobbit. 

"Well
even if it didn't make me invisible everytime I put
it on it didn't fit, it was made for a finger much larger than that of a
hobbit, so I put it somewhere it did..."  Frodo trailed off mumbling
the last bit so that they had to strain to hear as he turned bright red. 

Merry
looked back at his friend strangly, "But Frodo,
why aren't you invisible?  And you don't know where that has been or what
has been done with it!  And with Gollum calling it his precious..."
his face turned an interesting shade of green. 

Frodo
looked horrified, "Nonononono!  I sure as
heck didn't put it on without protection!" 

Pippin
raised an eyebrow, "Oh?  and
where did you get it?  I know they don't sell that in the village."

Frodo
turned bright red, "Well after Uncle Bilbo's adventuring
he had become quite popular and had some on hand from that time..."
