My sneakers squeaked as I ran to the basket. I jumped up and threw the ball. It made a swoosh sound as it fell through the net. I turned back to my friend, V, short for Viggo, and grinned. He gave me a smirk and grabbed the ball. “Prepare to get your ass kicked.” He stated. I rolled my eyes and turned my cap backwards. He dribbled past me and jumped towards the basket. I jumped up and blocked his throw. We fell to the ground, laughing, with him landing on top of me.
