What happens when you ask

Disclaimer: I own, most nothing.. if you recognize it.. than it probably isn’t mine. My wonderful muse and love Lena owns herself.

Lena yawned, curling into the warm flesh which lay next to her. She opened her eyes slowly to look up at the man. The normally unruly colored hair of her long time friend was it’s natural grungy blonde and he’d obviously taken a vow against shaving again by the few days growth on his chin. It took only another blink to realize that there was too much light pouring into her room. Sitting up, she realized that there was a large open window above the head of the bed, and no longer was a television at the foot of the bed running the infomercials they’d fallen asleep to. She took a deep breath, unaware of the eyes that watched her, the air had a full freshness to it, as if she were drinking a fine wine with every breath. Vines stretched around the window and doorway, out both trees and plants swayed gently in the breeze, soaking in the warm sun of the mid morning. “What do you think?” She turned to face the man who’d spoken, realizing that neither of them were clothed as they had been either. She wore a peach long dress, and he thin linen pants. “Where are we Trav?” He smiled, sitting up, running his hand across her shoulders soothingly. “You wanted to see it..” “See what?” This was all seeming a little surreal, had he done something to her? Had she misplaced her trust in him?

He laughed softly, he hadn’t meant to confuse her. “Come see,” he said, rising from the bed and walking toward the door. “Where are we Travis?” She asked him again, more urgently this time. “Rivendell, where else?”
