CH 7. Unknown ghost in Mirkwood

Legolas smiled sweetly, “I would be honored to stay, I would be a little unsettled staying in a place where I was not familiar with the surroundings.”

Chrissy stated, “I am a little frightened to stay alone right now.” He stayed and talked for a little while. As sleepiness came upon them both, Legolas did not want to leave.

Chrissy started to realize, “I am going to be all alone in this big room, all by myself. I wonder if he would stay and spend the night with me?”

Chrissy pondered asking him because she didn’t want to sound to forward, and she asked, “Legolas, I know this might be forward, but could you stay with me tonight? I would understand if you didn’t want too.” She said this in a fidgety way because she was nervous about asking him.

Legolas walked up to her with sweet eyes, “I would be honored to stay thy night with thee.”
Chrissy was glad he said yes, for she would have felt silly if he said no. So she got ready for bed and slipped on the nightgown that Idril had left out for her to put on.

Legolas stated, “I will be back in a moment, I need to gather a few things, then I will return.” Legolas went back to his room and got ready for bed. He opened the door into the room and saw Lady Chrissy in the bed.

Attentively Legolas asked, “Are thee asleep?”

Chrissy turned over and replied, “No I am not asleep. I was looking out the window.”

In a thankful tone, Legolas stated, “Good, I did not want you to be sleeping, and I thought we could talk a bit before we rest.”

Chrissy asked, “ Sure, What is on your mind?”

Legolas climbed into bed, he looked into her big blue eyes and kissed, Lady Chrissy. She kissed him back and their tongues played with each other’s. Before she knew it, they were kissing passionately.

Chrissy loved the way he felt up against her skin. He reached up and grabbed one of her breasts, she moaned at his touch.

Chrissy had let herself get caught up in the emotions and the passion that was arising.

Chrissy did not even notice Legolas had taken off her gown. He reached down and kissed her nipple gently. She moaned at his lips on her bare breast. He reached up, touched her cheek and kissed her softy.

Legolas was thinking, “Love has hit my heart again, She is so beautiful. Her body is incredible and I want this with all of my heart.”

Legolas stopped kissing and looked in to her eyes once again, “We do not have to do thus, if you do not wish for us too?”

Chrissy looked at him with lustful eyes, “I do want to be with you Legolas more than anything. If you hadn’t stopped, I wouldn’t have stopped either. It feels so right between us, but to be honest, She paused, I am glad you asked me, if I wanted to be with you? I like you a lot, and I believe that I could fall in love with you.”

Legolas eyes got big with curiosity when she said this to him. Legolas stated, “Love is a wonderful gift, I would be honored of your love?”

Chrissy got very fidgety again and said, “I could love you but I am unsure of these feelings.”

Legolas got this confused look across his face. He asked, “What is this, you are undecided?”

Chrissy took his hand in hers and spoke, “I believe I could love you and I feel in my heart this could become more. I just met you a few days ago and I feel so connected to you. Its almost as if you and I belong together but the cold hearted truth is, I might return back to my world and I could not bare the pain, if I left.”

Chrissy’s heart began to hurt as she felt as if this was a lie or she was feeding him some crappy lines. She thought about the few times those words came out of her mouth with past boyfriends. She could not get her heart broken again.

Chrissy stated, “Lets get some sleep”. Legolas knew she had changed the subject for some reason.

With much love, Legolas stated, “Before we rest, I shall love thee and would never abuse thy very heart, thus is something I could never do.”

Chrissy thought about what he just said and began to speak, ‘I know you wouldn’t ever break my heart because to be honest, I felt it in our kiss we first shared.” She reached out and touched his face.

Legolas touched her face as well and he reached down to her lips as he brushed them with his. Chrissy softly broke away and got up in the dark to put the nightgown back on and climbed back into bed.

Chrissy snuggled up against him with her head on his chest. She contemplated the whole thing in her mind for a moment.

She thought, “I do love him.”

This was something she had never really experienced. She felt the love over flowing in her heart for this Elf.

Chrissy was in a deep thought when she said while lying on his chest, “Amin Mela lle, Legolas.” (I love you)

Legolas left her chin up, “I love the too, A’melisse.” (My Lover) he looked into her eyes when he said this.

Legolas realized what she said and he replied, “You speak thy elfish language as if thee grew up learning it.”

Modestly, Chrissy replied, “I really don’t know where that came from, Legolas.”

Chrissy thought, “He must think I am crazy! I keep say things in his language.”

Legolas stated, “Tenna’ tul ‘re, Cugu nin!”

Chrissy did not ask what that meant but thought it meant something like until tomorrow, my dove. She smiled and drifted off to sleep in Legolas arms.

Meanwhile in Saruman’s secret cave, he franticly searches for the presence of Larien.

Saruman sensed the woman in the land of Mirkwood, and he curses himself to his minion. “Prince Legolas has found this girl and he does not even know what is laid right before his eyes.”

Saruman glared down at the worshiping creature, “I want you to go into the land of Mirkwood and bring back the young woman.”

The creature said, in an erred tone, “Mi Lord, I shall put a spell on the young woman and bring her back to your domain.”

Saruman gazed at the creature, “If you do not bring the woman back, it will be your head this time.”

The creature spoke with pride, “I will not fail thee, Mi Lord." It left and went in search of the young woman.

The creature went unnoticed in the Mirkwood forest. The evil swept through the forest like the wind. It came to the window and saw the woman sleeping next to the Elf Prince. The creature slipped through the window and hovered over the woman. It looked down upon her, put its hands up and started to chant a spell over her sleeping body.

Chrissy got up quietly with possessed eyes and started to walk. The door seemed to disappear, as the woman walked through the door that was now translucent. She walked down the long hallway with the dark creature just ahead.

The creature said quietly, “Come young woman, follow me.”

Inside her head was a dream of back home, she saw her brother in their backyard, he said, “Come walk with me, I want to show you something.”

Chrissy asked, “John, Where are we going?”

John replied, “We are going to the woods to climb the biggest tree that I found!” He began to run, instead of walking.

Chrissy ran after him into thods ods and it seemed he had disappeared, so she called out to him. “John where did you go?”

There was no answer, and then a group of monstrous creatures came out of the woods. They grabbed her around the waist, one of them put her over it’s shoulder and began running.

It was the most hideous, appalling creature she’d had ever seen before. It was almost as if something was pulling her down into the very depths of hell.

Chrissy remembered hearing a sermon preached about demons and was trying to think of the phrase, then she remembered and screamed at the creature and said, “I am a child of God, I am bought by the blood of Jesus, LET ME GO.”
All of a sudden it dropped her and trembled at the words.

Then a white flash of light was in front of her and the Angel appeared, Chrissy said, “Help is coming, do not be frightened.”

In the night Legolas dreamed of his former love, Larien. He saw her standing in the gardens back in Rivendell. Her golden locks were blowing in the air. He heard Larien speaking to him in his mind.

Larien spoke, “ Legolas, A’melindo. (My love)”

Legolas could not believe it was Larien and walked over to were she was standing. He reached out to embrace her and she returned the clinging hug.

Legolas pulled back slightly and spoke first, “I have missed thee very much.”

Larien stated, “I know of thus, but open thy eyes, you have thee, right in front of you. Aid the young woman that lays in thy bed and you shall find me. The two souls must come together to bond as one soon or all will be lost in time.”

Legolas asked with confusion, “What is thus you speak of?”

Larien just said with sad filled eyes, “You will know of the hour that is needed to release me.” He was so confused and happy at the same time.

Larien said to Legolas, “Namarie (Farewell), Wake up she needs your assistance! Cormamin Niuve tenna’ ta Elea lle au!”
Legolas’s eyes popped open and saw that she was missing. He looked franticly around the room for her presence. He went up and down the halls trying to find Lady Chrissy.

Legolas came to the end of the hallway and saw her sleepwalking. He ran quickly over and gathered the woman into his arms gently. He looked into the distance and saw a black figure standing by the door.

The creature looked demonic and Legolas shouted, “Show thee!” the evil figure did not say a word. It was hovering over by the door and started to approach Legolas.

Legolas walked fast to his father’s room to get Lady Chrissy to safety. His fathers’ room was protected from spells and evil creatures. He was about to knock on the door and when the guard spoke.

The guard was posted outside of his father’s room and the Elf said, “Is there an urgency at hand, Prince Legolas?”

Legolas said to the Elf, “I need to wake my father because of the strange activities that are taking place around the palace”. The guard let Legolas knock on his father’s door to tell him the news.

King Thranduil said, “Who dares to knock on thy door at thus hour?”

Legolas said, “It is I, Ada, Legolas.” His father peeked through the crack of the door and saw it was his son. He opened the door and noticed he was carrying Lady Chrissy.

King Thranduil asked with questioning eyes, “What is this before my eyes, Ion?”

Legolas said, “A black shadow shows its presences around thy Palace.”

King Thranduil said astonished, “It cannot be true, I would have sensed thus Evil.”

Legolas put Lady Chrissy on the bed and said, “What ever is out there, for some reason, wants the woman that lays in thy bed. She was sleepwalking towards thus ghostly figure.”

Legolas stated, “I had awakened to find Lady Chrissy was missing.”

They watched the young woman on the bed because she started to awake and was whimpering in her sleep
Chrissy opened her eyes and asked, “Where am I? John are you there?” she said frightened.

Legolas moved over to the bed and whispered in her ear, “You are save in my father’s room.”

As Chrissy’s eyes opened, she looked at the Kings magnificent room. It had the finest drapery that she had ever seen, it hung to the windows to keep out wondering eyes. The walls had rubies and gold laced around the borders of the high cathedral ceilings.
The bed that she was on was made out of pure Cherry Wood. It was a canopy bed, with the finest silk sheers clinging to the sides, the bottom of the bed was laced with pure gold, it had leafs printed all around the frame and the head board also matched. The material on the bed was the softest material she had ever touched.

The colors of the sheets and the blanket were blue and green. All of this sure did suit the Kings liking of material things.
The woman looked at Legolas and asked, “Why am I in here?”

Legolas replied, “You were under a spell, a ghostly figure was trying to lure you out into the night. She began to get frightened and was starting to tremble of the news that Legolas just shared.

Chrissy cried out and said, “LEGOLAS, I can’t take it anymore, these dreams are getting so real, they haunt me every time I close my eyes.” Her big blue eyes were now in an alarmed state.

Legolas sat next to the female on the bed and held her for a moment. The news was shocking to the woman as her emotions ran widely.

The look of extreme terror flashedoss oss the features of her face because she remembered the hellish things that came after her in the dream. The King saw the look and sensed the fears of the things that she had encountered.

King Thranduil spoke, “ I will go and check the perimeters of the Palace. I will leave no stone unturned to find thus lurking Evil that is unwelcome to the Mirkwood home!”

King Thranduil left the room in search of this creature that found its way here and he was going to send it back to where it birthed. He assembled some guards and ordered them to find thus creature of Evil that roamed his Palace.

Back in King Thranduil’s room, where Legolas and Chrissy was hiding out until the shadow was found.

Legolas sat there on the bed hold her tightly and he said in a soothing voice, “ My father will find thus evil that is within thee Palace.”

Afraid, Chrissy asked, “I am sure he will find it! Your not going to leave, are you?”

Legolas said, “Nay, I cannot leave you here to be defenseless.”

Chrissy had tears in her tired eyes and said, “My dreams are getting more terrifying everyday. This time I dreamed about my brother, it was so real I saw him standing before my eyes. I cannot believe someone would be that sick to let me dream of my dead brother.”

Chrissy began to cry softly on Legolas’s tunic for the sadness in her heart. He smelled of the woods on a clear day and it had an earthy tone to the aroma.

Legolas said with compassion, “Your kin must have meant a lot to you.”

Chrissy looked up from crying and said, “He meant a lot to me, we would play together all the time in the forest. It makes me sad that he died.” Legolas had never experienced death and did not say anything more about the subject.

Chrissy got down from the bed and went to the window. She got on her knees and began to pray that they would find the Evil creature. She prayed about why she was here and what God wanted he lea learn from this experience.

Chrissy felt a song come inside her heart and she began to sing softly. Legolas stretched out on the bed to relax and heard her singing a song that was strange to his elf ears.

“I want to tell you, how you can go the extra mile, Come so far by faith its time to cross the finish line with style! Don’t say it can’t be done; you can do anything with God. There by your side, you’re going to fly, if you believe, tonight! Storm down the doors, tomorrow is yours; say it, as long as you have faith enough. Pray through the night, you’ll be all right! Say it, as long as you faith enough. La la la la Now through your window you only see darken through the night and you may wonder, when will I clearly see the light? Don’t say it can’t be done; you can do anything with God! A picture of you! Everything new, if you believe tonight.”

Chrissy turned around from the window and went to crawl in the bed. The song mesmerized Legolas and he could not believe she could sing.

Asking, Legolas spoke, “You sing very lovely to my ears but who is the God person you speak of?”

Chrissy replied, “In my world we pray to God to keep us away from Evil and to protect us. Do you have faith or pray?”

Legolas said, “Aye, Elf’s are spiritual creature. Our people pray to the Valor and speak to us our fate.”

Chrissy cross-examined in her mind of how weird that was, “Valor, that is a strange God.”

The conversation went on for a while, about religion and faith. They wait for King Thranduil to return, for a couple of hours had already gone by. Hoping for his return, they waited patiently for him to let them know if the creature had been found and killed.
King Thranduil looked all around the Palace for signs of this creature. They came to Lady Chrissy’s room and saw a shadowy figure by the window. It was waiting for the young woman to return.

Thranduil’s advisor, Elano said in a booming voice, “Evil creature that comes to Mirkwood, ye shall be banished back to the very depths of the hell thus birthed your existence.”

Elano chanted some more words, the ground began to crack open and something grabbed the creature from below to drag it back down to hell, where it was called from, and then the ground closed.

The King went to his room and knocked he dhe door. Legolas peeked his head out of the door.

King Thranduil said, “Its Ada, Let thee in!” Legolas was glad to see him back safely.

Legolas asked his father, “What be came of thus evil creature?”

King Thranduil said in a happy tone, “ We sent thee Evil creature back to were it came from, the very depths of Evilness.”

King Thranduil looked around the room to find the woman but she was fast asleep on his bed.

Legolas said softly, “Lady Chrissy fell asleep, I shall move her back to my room for safety.”

King Thranduil said sharply, “Contact me if anything shall arise!”

Legolas said, “I will Ada.”

Legolas picked the woman up gently and brought the sleepy body back to his room. He placed her on his bed, got in next to her inviting body, and held her throughout the night to make sure that she was safe from harm.

The next morning, Chrissy awoke with Legolas snuggled up next to her warm body.

Happily Legolas stated, “Good Morning, Me lamin.” He reached for her mouth and brushed her lips with a good morning kiss.

Chrissy broke from the kiss and said, “Good Morning to you too.” She got up out of the bed and noticed that she was not in the Kings room.

Chrissy thought, “He must have carried me in the night to his room.” She did not ponder it anymore and started to sing a song that was stuck in head. She twirled around the room in utter happiness.

Legolas laughed at the funny music she was singing, he asked, “Is that music in your home land?”

Chrissy replied, “Yes, except, back home, the songs come out of a radio or a CD. I know you don’t know what that is but some day you might!” Her stomach was growling and Legolas heard it too.

Startled Legolas stated, “Someone is hungry.”

Chrissy asked in a joking way, “How did you guess?”

Legolas laughed at the strange comment and said, “ Lets get ready to go down to the dining hall and get something to eat because I am getting hungry as well.”
