Hello my wonderful readers!! I'm glad to have gotten your reviews so quickly, it makes me feel good to see that my story has been warmly welcomed by this site's visitors. This is one of my favourite creations and had so much fun writing and researching my subjects.
This week I shall be out of commission though :( I am driving back to college tomorrow morning, and will be without internet until at least wednesday maybe until the weekend. I promise you that there is still more story to post, so what I am going to do is post six more chapters for you all so that you have something to read! Then once I get back into my flat I shall finish posting the story! YAY. I have ideas for a Dom featured story, and also one for Billy. Once the semester gets into full swing and I know what my Theater schedule is like I shall post one of them under the same name...so look out!
Now on with the story...
Chapter 53
Dom stretched in his chair as he tried to get the sun out of his eyes. "Ugh." He said and pulled the blanket over his head.
I smiled, watching this from the kitchen table. It was time for Jordan's morning feeding. "Morning sleepy head." Dom stuck his hand out of the blanket and waved. I heard a muffled hello; at least it was supposed to sound like hello. "Are you hungry?"
The blob of blankets and Dom immediately fell out of the chair. "Thought you'd never ask Luv." He walked into the kitchen and pulled open the fridge, "Where's the apples?"
"Here on the table." I scooted the bowl closer.
"Ah...much better." He said taking a bite.
"So did you have any problems last night?" I asked.
"Only when she tried to nurse as I was rocking her." He grinned and put his hands behind his head. "Yep...no woman can resist the Monaghan charms."
"I managed to it seems." I grinned.
"Ah well, that's cause you had "Old Blue Eyes" bewitching you first." He jerked his thumb towards the sleepy eyed Elijah that was walking into the kitchen.
"What's he on about now?" He asked.
"Saying how all women are uncontrollably attracted to the "Monaghan Charms" and all...”
Elijah laughed, "He's been saying that for years now. No more true now than it was then."
Dom tossed the apple core at Elijah, "Wanker"
"Now now Dom...Such language around the baby." Elijah scolded and wagged a finger at him.
Dom flashed another finger at him and laughed as Elijah covered up Jordan’s eyes, which were darting back and forth between the two men. "We need to find him a girl."
"What about that cute blonde I escorted in the wedding?" Dom grinned.
"Heather?" I asked, and Dom nodded. "Well I know she's not married....I could give her a ring though."
"That's my job Luv." Dom grinned. "Now what's her number?"
I handed him my address book and laughed as he ran down the hall to get his mobile.
