Chapter 4
Chapter 4
A loud knock woke Sierra up, just as the sun began it assent into the heavens. At first Sierra looked around not recognizing her surroundings. She blinked several times then everything came back to her in an instant. She sighed and got out of her bed, padding out of her bedroom to open the front door. She didn’t realize until the door was opened,
that she was still in her shorts and cut off tank top.
Haldir was standing with his back to her, looking the other way. She prayed that she would have the time, to get back to her bedroom before he turned around. But her hope were dashed the next second when he turned around. His eyes popped out, and his mouth dropped to his feet.
“Come on in I will be right back.” Sierra said running into her bedroom with her face almost matching her pink shorts.
Once he recovered he walked into to the talon and shut the door taking a seat in the small couch. After she had put on one of the elvin dresses that had been brought the night before, Sierra walked out of her room and knocked on Keira’s bedroom door.
“Kie wake up. Haldir is here to take us to breakfast.” She called out as she walked into the kitchen. A few minutes later Keira opened her door and walked out wearing almost the same thing, only in a different color.
Sierra’s dress was a pale blue, while Keira’s dress was of silver in color.
“You look lovely this morning Princess Keira.” Haldir said with a smile.
“Thank you March warden. But please call me Keira.”
“Are you sure you don’t mind?” He asked scooting to the edge of the seat.
“Not at all. I’m not use to anyone calling me that. We only found out that our father was a king just a few days ago. Can you imagine growing up for eighteen years and never knowing that you’re a princess?”
“Your only eighteen years old?” Haldir gasped.
“From what mother said, our time line and yours do not run the same. I don’t know exactly how it works, but mom was here for six years. She was only gone in our world for six weeks or so.”
That would make scene.” He mused sitting back on the sofa again.
“Ok I’m ready. You guys don’t have coffee here by any chance do you?” Sierra asked walking out of the kitchen.
“No I don’t think we do my lady.” He replied standing up and opening the door for the twins to exit the small home built in the trees.

Sierra asked Haldir questions all the way to the food court. Because she knew that Keira really liked him. There for she was a little nervous around him. She her self had no problem talking to a man, or elf in this case that she liked.
She would tell you what she thought and didn’t think twice about it.
The only time that Keira would do that is, if you really got her mad. Which was something what Sierra loved doing, just to see how long it would take.
Sierra smiled and took Keira’s hand and tugged her along. She was trying to lag behind. She looked at her and reached out to her mind. //Kie what is wrong with you this morning? Come on.//
// I’m coming Sea. Keep your shorts on!//
//Speaking of shorts. I sort of answered the door, in my hot pink shorts this morning.//
“No you didn’t!” snickered Keira.
//Oh yeah! I was not expecting him to knock on the door before the sun was even in the sky!!!!!// Keira burst out laughing. She could only imagine what the lady’s March warden must have been thinking.
//Sea, there is a lot that we do not know of these elves.//
//Yes I know. And I would like too learn all I can about the one call Orophin.// Sierra sighed to emphasize her feeling on the subject, glancing at the ladies warden Keira to chuckle softly. When she found his eyes on her she couldn’t stop the cold chilies that ran the leanth of her body.
She so wanted to be close to this beautiful Galadhrim. She wants to have him as her own. But in her opinion, she would never get that chance. So she sighed and pushed her desire in the back of her mind. The trip was about finding her kin. She tried to focus on that, and nothing else.
A few hours later, Haldir finally escorted the girls to their talon. It had been the longest day of Keira’s young life. The whole of the day she had been walking at Haldir’s side. Answering his questions and he in turn answered theirs.
Some time after she had taken her bath. She sighed as she flopped down on her bed. She was tired, and all she wanted was a quick nap. Just as she was drifting off to the Elvin dreamscape, a knock sounded on the front door. Swearing softly under her breath she made her way to the door. A whole string of swears in her head as she opened the door and looked into Haldir’s eyes.
“I was wondering, if you would like to have dinner with me tonight?” Haldir asked, his voice leaning on the husky side.” Keira could tell that he had been drinking a bit of wine. She could smell the sweet and tangy aroma on his breath.
“Yes I’d like that my lord.” Keira said smiling shyly.
“Please call me Haldir.” He replied with a brilliant smile on his face.
“Is your sister here?” he asked as he leaned his tall frame against the doorframe.
“No she went for a walk with one of your brothers, Orophin I think his name is.” She smiled hoping that he could not see how nervous she was, just by standing a few feet away from him.
“Would you like to take a walk with me? I’d love to show you my favorite spots in Lórien to watch the stars come out.” He said with a sly smile. He pushed off the doorframe and cupped her face in his hands. “Ithill her self isn’t as beautiful as you this evening.” He whispered drawing her even closer. “Promise that it will have you back in time to get ready for dinner.” He purred into her left ear.
“Only if you promise to be good Haldir.” She said, looking up into his eyes.
“I’m always good my lady.” He said with a sexy smirk. Causing her to blush a deep crimson red.
Haldir chuckled and ran a finger across her bottom lip. Chuckling a little more as he watched as a shiver ran the length of her body. He took her small hand in his pulling her out of the door. Stopping only to close it behind her.

Orophin smiled as he thought of the evening, he and Haldir had planed for the twins. Haldir was probably at their talon already. Trying to talk Keira into going on a walk with him. It was plane that Keira liked Haldir, and the same of Haldir.
Sierra was so different from her twin. But yet they were so alike in appearance it was unreal. He liked the way Sierra was open with her feeling. Like the way she came right out and told him, she thought he was hot as hell. He wasn’t sure what that had meant. But he was pretty sure he would like it what ever it meant.
Sierras as well as Keira were both full of love and life. It was refreshing to him to see other elves as caring with their siblings as he and his brothers were. The only other siblings like that he knew oh were the twin sons of Elrond.
“Sierra do you know how your sister feels about my brother?” Orophin asked. He looked over and splashed a small amount of water at her from the small steam they were sitting beside.
“Keira is some times hard to figure out even to me. But I can safely say that, I think she dose like him. Rumil is a sweet elf.” She replied knowing full well he was not referring to Rumil.
“Yes, yes he is, but I was asking of Haldir.” Orophin said as he raised one eyebrow. Sierra smiled and splashed him back.
“Oh well she thinks he is argent and full of him self and I have to agree with her on that.” Sierra said watching the amusement clearly written on his face.
“Yes well you both would be right. But does she like him? Or is Haldir setting him self up for a big disappointment?” Sierra watched as the amusement vanished from his face.
“Don’t worry Orophin she likes him. I’m just worried that he will hurt her. I don’t think she can take much more heartache, before she is lost to me. The lose of our mother almost clamed her life. That scar runs deep. And so far it does not heal.” Sierra said sighing heavily closing her eyes.
“Maybe he is what she needs in order to be able to heal.” Orophin said softly. “For I don’t want to see what her lose would do to you.” Orophin scooted over and kissed her lips. Hesitantly at first, then with a little more passion. Soon the both of them were lost to every thing around them. Not even realizing until it was too late, that they were not alone.
Sooooo I hope you like chapter 4. I’ll try not to take so long with the next chapter. (I’ll just have to smack my hand to stop my self from going to the chat rooms.)
