Summary: Glorfindel seduces someone he shouldn’t have; only to find out she’s the one who just may be his match

Glorfindel sat up in the bed when Erestor had opened the door. He heard a soft giggle next to him but was too focused on trying to think of an excuse. He was sure Erestor was about to find out.
“Have you seen her?” Erestor asked as he stepped into the room.
“Who?” Glorfindel asked
“ Brennil” Erestor repeated. “ I went to her room to see if she wanted to join me for breakfast but she was not there.”
Glorfindel looked to his side to see that he was alone in his bed. He merely raised an eyebrow, he had not even noticed Brennil leaving his bed.
“ No I have not” Glorfindel replied.
Erestor thought that Glorfindel was acting weird but did not want to waste anymore time.
“ If you see her tell he I am in my office” Erestor said then smiled.” Enjoy the elleth” he chuckled as he closed the door behind him when he left.

“ You think this is funny?” Glorfindel asked, stepping into his private bathing chambers to find Brennil laughing.
“Yes I do” she replied. Leaning up to kiss him softly.” I better go and see him and after lunch I have a date with Elladan.” She smiled and bounced past him, getting dressed and heading out of his room.
It was when Glorfindel was getting dressed that he realized what she had said.
“ A date with Elladan?” He said out loud, growling as he pulled his tunic on. “Not if I can help it,” he said.

When Glorfindel had seen Elladan he had asked him about this date. His mood only darkened when the older twin merely smiled and shrugged his shoulders before walking away.
“What has you in such a bad mood.” Erestor asked Glorfindel when the golden elf had slammed his weapons belt against his desk for the third time
“Nothing” He replied, knowing full well he could not talk to Erestor about this.
“You expect me to believe that?” Erestor continued.” I know you better then anyone” he commented
“What is the nature of Elladan’s relationship with Brennil?” he finally asked
“ Why do you ask?” Erestor asked him
“ I heard something about a date between them today” He shrugged, trying to make it seem as if he was just curious.
“ A date!” Erestor laughed. “ You are losing your mind my friend.” He said” I merely asked Elladan to help her with some books she wants for her room.”
Glorfindel’s eyes narrowed slightly as he turned to look out the window. It seems the feisty elleth had wanted to make him jealous; the worst part of it was that it had worked.
“A date” Erestor chuckled again, shaking his head as he went back to the report in front of him “besides I would think Lindir is more suited for her.”
Glorfindel choked on his drink when Erestor had made his last comment. Before he could reply, Erestor was summoned to speak with Elrond.

Finding his way down to the lake, Glorfindel could not get Erestor’s comment out of his mind. Did the advisor want Brennil to be paired with Lindir? He was not sure he wanted to ask Erestor that.
“Why should I care anyway?” he growled to himself. “ After all I’ve had other ellith before her, there can be others.”
He knew this fact to be true however it still did nothing to ease his mind. The thought of Brennil with Lindir bothered him. Pulling off his tunic roughly he moved into the water and dived in, hoping the feel of the cold water would put him at ease.
“Hello Glorfindel.” The elleth smiled at him as he had come up from under the water.
“What are you doing here?” He asked. He had thought it was Brennil at first but he was wrong.
“ You never cared before if I joined you for a swim” She replied, running her hand down his wet chest.” Or for other things.”
Before Glorfindel could reply, he found himself locked into a deep kiss with Eithel. Out of habit he responded to the kiss and moaned into her mouth when he felt her hand gripping him.
“ Still nice and hard” she purred as she stroked him slowly.
Glorfindel let out a deep moan, his hand just starting to move over her bare skin when he heard the whistle coming from the shore. He froze in place as he looked over and saw Brennil there with the twins.
The look on Brennil’s face was clear before she turned and ran back to the manor, Elladan had turned to run after her
“ Where are you going?” Eithel asked Glorfindel as he had pushed her away and started back towards the shore.

Elrohir had gathered Glorfindel closed and almost thrown them at him
“ When will you stop toying with the ones who care about you?” Elrohir asked but did not wait for an answer before turning and leaving Glorfindel to get dressed alone.
“Glorfindel!” Eithel called out from the water, he merely ignored her as he headed in the direction that Brennil had gone.
It was Elladan who had answered the door to Brennil’s room
“I think you have done enough today” Elladan commented, closing the door a bit when Glorfindel tried to look over his shoulder.” She does not wish to talk to you.”
Glorfindel took a deep breath and leaned against the wall, crossing his arms over his chest.
“ I will not leave here until she decided to speak with me.” He replied
“Then you will be waiting there a while” Elladan replied. He had been about to close the door when Glorfindel stopped him
“ Tell her…” Glorfindel started but Elladan shook his head
“ You will tell her yourself should she decide to see you again.” He said then closed the door.
Glorfindel leaned against the wall across from the door and let out a deep breath, cursing himself the entire time.

“May I ask what you are doing here?” Erestor asked, nudging Glorfindel awake.
“What time is it?” Glorfindel asked as he slowly got to his feet.
“ Morning” Erestor said, before asking his question again
“ I do not wish to discuss anything right now” Glorfindel told him ‘at least not with you.’ He thought to himself
Erestor arched an eyebrow slightly as he watched Glorfindel. His long time friend merely shook his head and walked away down the hall. Erestor new that by the way Glorfindel ran both hands through his own hair that something was really wrong. He only became more concerned when he had stepped into Brennil’s room to find his daughter still sleeping and both twins were asleep on the couches across the room.
“ Someone better start explaining to me what is going on,” Erestor said, getting the attention of all three of them.
“We were all just talking last night” Elladan was quick to reply first. “ We must have all fallen asleep,” he added
Erestor did not believe that but he knew the twins would keep their secret and Brennil was more quiet then usual. He asked her to join him for breakfast but she had declined, saying she wanted to just get some more rest and would join him for lunch instead.

At lunchtime, it was Elrond who noticed how quiet everyone was.
“ I do not remember a time when it has ever been this quiet.” He commented. Even his sons who were always teasing one of the others were being really quiet. He had not missed the looks that Elladan had thrown at Glorfindel more then once.
“There you are” Eithel almost shouted as she walked into the dining area. “ Care to explain to me whey you just left me at the lake like that yesterday?” She questioned Glorfindel
“ No” he replied as calmly as he could manage.
“Really?” She narrowed her eyes at him. “ I just find it really strange, one minute you want me then the next minute when this one sees us and runs off you just leave me standing there.” She said as she had pointed at Brennil
Elrond almost choked on his food as he had an idea as to what was going on. He arched an eyebrow as he glanced at Erestor but thankfully Elladan had him engaged in a conversation.
“ I do not think, Eithel,” Elrond cleared his throat.” That this is either the time nor place to have this discussion”
Eithel had excused herself and then quietly left, shooting one more look at Glorfindel over her shoulder.
Elrond noticed that Brennil had pushed her plate away after only taken a few bites of food.
“Glorfindel” Elrond spoke quietly but firmly enough to get his point across.” I expect to see you in my office after lunch”

Glorfindel paced in front of Elrond’s office before finally knocked
“ Enter” Elrond replied and Glorfindel had pushed open the door.
“ You wished to speak with me?” He said as he sat across from Elrond’s desk.
“ I do” Elrond nodded. He calmly put away his book he had been reading then took a sip of his tea.
“ Have you lost your mind!” He all but shouted. “Of all the ellith in Rivendell you chose to toy with Brennil?” Elrond took a deep breath as he leaned back in his chair.
“Glorfindel do you have any idea why Erestor had her brought here?” He asked him
“ I was not told any reason” Glorfindel replied. “ Erestor letter to me had just asked me as a favor to escort her here.”
Elrond nodded and ran his hand through his hair. Erestor had mentioned that he did not want to have Brennil’s history known to everyone. He debated not telling Glorfindel now but it would seem he did need to know.
“ As you know Brennil was raised in Lorien with her mother” Elrond began.” For the past few years she was together with Orophin. What she did not know at first was that Orophin had other ellith he would visit.”
Glorfindel winced at the last part. It would explain the look on Brennil’s face when she had seen him with Eithel.
“ The same day she found out that he was cheating was also the same day her mother had died.” Elrond added “It was for this reason that Galadriel had written a letter to Erestor to tell him she would be happier here.” He said
If Glorfindel’s guilt had been bad before, it was nothing compared to how he felt now.
“ Fix this.” Elrond said firmly.” I do not care what it is you have to do but I will not have Brennil regret coming here.” He added before he dismissed the elf from his office

Glorfindel had taken a long walk to clear his mind. He was not sure how he could make this up to Brennil but he had to try. It was getting dark before he made his way back inside and slowly walked towards Brennil’s room
“ I wish to speak with her” He said as Elladan had answered the door.
“Wait” Elladan said then looked over his shoulder. With a deep breath he stepped back.” We will be right outside the door” Elladan said as Elrohir had stepped out into the hall.
He waited until the door was closed then turned to face Brennil. She was sitting on her bed but could not seem to look at him
“ I am sorry” He told her quietly
“ I wish I could believe that” Brennil said after a short time had passed
“ I will prove it somehow” he said. He moved to sit on the edge of her bed. Reaching over he turned her head so she was looking at him.
“ I am not Orophin.” He said quietly
“ No you are worse” she said.” At least he did it secretly. You did not even try and hide it.”
Glorfindel could not deny that. He wanted to tell her that he had not planned any of it. That he merely had wanted to go for a swim. He did not think she would believe that either so he said nothing for a while.
“ Your father wants to put you together with Lindir” He said after a while.. “ I hate the idea but he will not hurt you so if you…”
“ You are so damn stubborn” She hissed at him.” Is it too hard for you to admit anything?” she asked, her eyes showing her anger. “ you would rather have me go with someone else than admit that you were wrong or that you would like to be the one I am with” She shook her head as he went to reply
“ Forget it Glorfindel, just leave” she said. She turned onto her side and had turned her back on him.
“ you call me stubborn?” He hissed in reply as he turned her back around. “ yet you are the one who won’t even admit to what you want. I may have seduced you first but you seem to have forgotten who had seduced who in the library a few days ago” he growled.
“ I said leave!” she hissed
“ Make me” he replied before kissing her deeply. He felt her hesitation then her hands pushing against his chest before she gave in and returned the kiss
“ Why are you doing this?” She said, breathing hard after the kiss
“ You do not believe me when I say I am sorry” he replied.” So all I can do now is show you.”
Glorfindel kissed her again as he moved to lay down next to her, pulling her against him. It did not take him long to get her dress off her before he was kissing slowly along her skin.
“ Glorfindel” She purred softly, having a hard time trying to ignore the feelings he was bring her.
He lifted his head to look at her and Brennil melted at the desire she saw in his eyes.
“ I can not resist you” she told him” I will not even try to this night but if you really do wish for me to believe you.” She paused, biting her lower lip gently. “ Then prove it by speaking to my father.”
Glorfindel blinked as he heard what she said. It was one thing for him to tell her but could he face Erestor with this? He was not so sure he could. When he felt her hand slid across his chest he pushed his thoughts aside and kissed her again. He’s worry about the rest later.

Brennil gasped softly as Glorfindel worked his way across her entire body, kissing her everywhere and anywhere he could reach. She bit her lip to keep from crying out as his hand and mouth moved between her legs. Within moments he had her writhing against the bed.
“ Glorfindel please” She begged quietly, running her hands through his hair as she arched against his mouth. As good as it felt it was no longer enough for her.
Wanting her just as badly, He slid himself over her. He could not even remember taking off his leggings but at some point he obviously had. With a loud grown he sank himself into her depths, kissing her just as she had start to cry out with pleasure.
After a few slow thrusts, they had fallen into a steady rhythm. Brennil arching up to meet his every thrust and take him in even deep each time. It was when he felt her fingers grazing the tips of his ears that he lost control and began to move hard and fast. When she tightened around him, it was more then either of them could take.

“ Elladan?” Erestor’s voice had startled the twins and they had both jumped away from the door.
“ I would really love to know why you both had your ear to Brennil’s door.” The advisor asked them both, waiting for them to give an answer. When neither of the twins could reply or would reply, he turned to knock on Brennil’s door. The twins merely shared a look but before they could say anything they all heard Brennil crying out Glorfindel’s name. It was obvious to all of them that it was cried out in pleasure.
“ I will be in my office” Erestor growled, his fists clenched at his sides as he turned to face the twins. “ Tell him I will be waiting for him there!”
