Cowgirls, a very long and hard ride!

Haldir flew back a few feet with the blow that Orlando had given him. He got back on his feet and pushed him to the ground. They were in a brawl on the ground hitting and punishing each other.
Chrissy ran over to where the two were on the ground fighting. She pleaded for them to stop fighting. However, this did not work! Chrissy was very angry at the way Orlando was acting towards this situation.
Then she tried to get in between the fighting but that was a big mistake. Orlando accidentally shoved her out of the way as hard as he could into the bushes.
In all his angry, he did not even realize that he had shoved Lady Chrissy. Then Haldir came after him and started to lay into him. He did not like to see this kind of behavior from elf kind.
Chrissy was confused for a moment as she regained her composer and attempted one more time to stop this fight. She got up, ran over to Orlando and pushed him to the ground. The two struggled for a moment on the ground.
She yelled at him as they rolled, “How dare you push me? Why can you not make peace?” She stated as she slapped him across the face.
Orlando felt a jolt as Chrissy flew on top of him as they both came crashing to the ground. He slowly realized that she was very angry with his way of handling the situation.
He tried to reason with her, “My love, I am sorry for not listening to you!” Orlando said apologetically as a stinking sensation came across his face.
Then Lady Chrissy was tossed aside once again by Haldir and she screamed out in pain as she felt her body eject up in the air and land on the side of the concrete bench. When she tried to stand, the pain was so bad that she winched as she straightened it and she could do was lie there in the grass.
Haldir fought back at every punch that Orlando threw at him. He saw Lady Chrissy try to stop the fighting. He gasped as Orlando just tossed her to the side while she pleaded for him to stop. This infuriated Haldir and he started to really fight Orlando for hitting her so hard.
Then Haldir saw Orlando land on his back with Lady Chrissy screaming over him. He pulled her off of him and then proceeded to kick Orlando’s butt again. A pair of hands grabbed both of there ears as they screamed out in pain.
Chrissy screamed out in pain, “STOP! PLEASE STOP...” as the pain grew upon her back.
Lord Elrond heard the screams of Lady Chrissy and ran out to see what was going on. To his surprise he saw Haldir and Orlando fighting in the gardens. He walked over and grabbed the both of them by the ears!
Orlando glanced over to see Lady Chrissy in pain, terrible agony as he heard her scream. Then he glanced up at Lord Elrond who had his attention by grabbing his ear.
Angry was in his tone, “What is going on here? Why are the two of you fighting on my lands! Now the two of you are going to make amends or you will be finding yourselves packing to go home.” Lord Elrond stated.
Lord Elrond saw Lady Chrissy cry as she tried to pick herself off the ground while holding her back. He knew that Orlando must have shoved her in his raging battle and sensed a change in her attitude towards him.
Orlando and Haldir raced over to where Lady Chrissy was, in unison they asked, “Are you all right,”
Chrissy yelled at both of them, “Get away from me…Ahhh,” She screamed out as she dropped to the ground.
He tried to help, “You are hurt…” but he was cut off.
It took all of her strength but she managed to get up, “Get your hands off of me…the both of you…I never want to see you, Orlando or Haldir ever again…” as she stormed off.
Haldir did not know what to do as he quickly exited out through the gardens and around a secret path. He stopped for a moment as he heard the screams coming for Lady Chrissy chambers. So, he took off towards her room and wondered if she was all right.
Trying to reason with him, “Your so very young, Prince Orlando! Do not make another foolish mistake. I fear that you may lose your lady for good if you do not control your human side. She has her mother’s peacefulness that forgives from deep with in her heart.” Lord Elrond stated rather sternly.
Chrissy ran into her room and slammed the door. She was really angry at Orlando because she that thought that he loved her and the way the both of them had totally disregarded her feelings. She held onto her back as she laid down for a few moments.
She had already made up her mind that she would not be sleeping with Orlando tonight but the pain in her back had gotten horrible and all other thoughts of the incident had ceased. All she could concentrate on was getting the pain to stop.
Orlando’s mouth dropped at the words Lady Chrissy spoke to him. He felt awful about the way he tossed her aside and did not listen to what she was saying. He knew that she probably would never forgive him for the way he acted.
Jenny and Legolas saw Chrissy heading down the hall quite distracted as she walked into her chambers. They noticed the way she was holding onto her back and the winces of pain.
She was so focused on trying to get to her room she did not realize that she had went past Jenny and Legolas. Then they watched her slam the door as she hobbled in.
She turned to Legolas, “I know she just didn’t walk past me and not speak!” Jenny stated.
Jenny bolted to Chrissy’s chambers and heard the sobbing tears that echoed in her room. Legolas followed right behind her as they knocked on the door.
Chrissy was on the bed crying as she heard someone knock, “Orlando if that is you…GO AWAY!” as she laid there in pain.
Jenny opened the door, “Girl it’s just Legolas and I.” as she walked over to the bed.
Haldir finally made it to Lady Chrissy’s chambers but he quickly felt a stabbing pain in his heart with what she told Lady Jenny and Prince Legolas.
She noticed her back, “What happened to you?” Jenny asked.

Chrissy looked up in tears, “I was trying to stop a fight between Orlando and Haldir. Except Orlando tossed me aside and totally disregarded my specific instructions on telling him NOT to fight with Haldir! I cannot take him being so self-centered,” Her face showed the pain as she moved, “My back is hurting…Haldir is the one threw me into the concrete bench. Go get Lord Elrond.”
Jenny’s mouth about dropped, “Haldir…did this to you?” then she turned and looked over at Legolas.
Haldir could not speak as he ran to his chambers and fell onto his bed in shock. Over and over he now recalled what he did in his mind to Lady Chrissy.
Legolas could not believe what he was hearing about his brother and the way he reacted. He did not say a word to them but ran to find Orlando.
Arwen was coming down the hall when she saw the young blonde female crying in pain. She walked into the room to see Jenny looking at her back.
Jenny asked, “Turn over and let me see your back…” then she gasped.
Arwen questioned as she walked over to them, “Lady Chrissy, you are hurt and crying? What is the matter?”
Jenny winched, “Look at that gash in her back…” as she turned to Arwen.
Chrissy turned to see the Arwen standing over her as she wiped away the tears that rolled down her face. She looked to Arwen as someone strong and she did not want to seem weak in front of this Elf.
Answering Arwen, “My back, is what the matter is,” as Chrissy cried out in pain.
Arwen looked at the horrible wounded, “I shall get my father as this is quite bad…Jenny get the water over at the basin and wash her wound,” as she left the room in search of her father.
Jenny went over to the basin, grabbed a small towel and walked back over to the bed.
She tensed up, “I know this is going to hurt a bit...” as her friend cried out.
Chrissy felt the water on her back, “O’ crap that hurts,” as she screamed out in pain.
Orlando was searching franticly around Rivendell for Lady Chrissy. He wanted to apologize for the way he treated her earlier. The pain he was going through knowing that she was mad with him, tortured his soul.
Legolas saw Lord Elrond walking down the hall as he motioned for him in the distance. To his lucky, Lord Elrond saw him and went over to him as he requested.
Lord Elrond saw the tension in his eyes, “What is it, Legolas?”
Legolas said with a heavy heart, “Lady Chrissy is in her chambers and needs you’re healing skills…she is in pain.”
Lord Elrond answered, “Say no more, I’m on my way,” as he exited towards her chambers.
Legolas noticed his brother in the distance and knew he was in search of Lady Chrissy. He walked over to him and began to speak to him about his outburst this morning.
Sarcastically he asked, “Dear brother, why the long face?” Legolas asked.
He searched his brother’s eyes, “I have done something awful and unforgivable. She is disgusted with me, Legolas, it twas all my fault, and she may never forgive me for my actions,” A tear flickering in his eye. “I disregarded Lady Chrissy’s request on not striking Haldir. In all the anger that I had built up, I did not realize that she was trying to make me stop and I shoved her hard. It was an accident and was not supposed to happen. How could I have wronged her this way?” Orlando stated.
Legolas felt his brother’s pain, “I do not have the answer you seek, little brother. The only thing I have to tell you is that Lady Chrissy is quite upset with you and in a lot of pain. You need to give her time to sort through this disaster. She does not wish to see you right now and forcing her to see you is not going to help the circumstances.” He stated.
Orlando was surprised, “What kind of pain is she in?”
Legolas answered with a heavy heart, “Haldir shoved her out of the way when the two of you fought…” Hesitance fell over him, “When he tossed her, she landed on her back against the concrete bench…”
Orlando was speechless for a moment, “What? Haldir will pay…mark my words…I hate him…..” as angry hit his tone.
Legolas tried to reason with him, “You know it hurts for me to say this to you but the truth is what you need right now...as I plead with you...I ask that you do not harm Haldir or you may be headed down a road in which you may never come back…” as he placed his hand on Orlando’s shoulder.
Orlando welcomed his brothers encouragement, “You are right, Legolas, I was at fault as well…,” He searched his eyes, “But I cannot apologize right now…in time maybe…,” He then excused himself, “Brother, I need to sort through some things…Please excuse me.”
Legolas nodded and watched his brother disappear into the Palace. He too felt sorry for him because he would have reacted the same way if it were Jenny.
Arwen saw her father rushing down the hall as he approached her, “How is Lady Chrissy?”
She answered, “Ada, Lady Chrissy has a horrible wound on her back and the more she moves the more painful it becomes.”
When they arrived back in the room, Jenny and Chrissy were talking about using there healing powers once again.
Lord Elrond walked over to where Chrissy was laying on her side on the bed. Jenny was holding the wet towel near it to keep it from oozing out blood.
Lord Elrond asked, “Lady Jenny, please remove the towel and let me see the wound,” as she did what he asked.
He glanced at it, “That is a nasty wound…I think it would be wise for the two of you to use your healing powers. I fear that infection may set in if the wound gets worse.” Lord Elrond said.
Jenny knew what to do as she looked down into Chrissy’s eyes and grabbed a hold of both of her hands. But before they could concentrate Orlando walked into the room.
Fear washed over him, “My luv, I never meant to hurt you.”
Lord Elrond asked with a concerned heart, “Prince Orlando, I believe it would be best to leave at her request. Lady Chrissy does not wish to see you,” as he walked Orlando out of the chambers.
Orlando argued, “But I did cause this to Lady Chrissy…I was trying to protect her…”
Chrissy tried to get up, “GET OUT…I hate what you have done to me…it hurts my heart…” as Jenny and Arwen rushed to her side to get her to lie down.
Orlando looked up on her with sorrowful eyes at the words that came out of her mouth. Then he realized that Lord Elrond was escorting him out of there chambers.
Before he left, Orlando yelled into the room, “For what its worth, Lady Chrissy, I never meant to hurt you. I was protecting you from harm…”
Chrissy heard those words and began to cry, “Jenny lets get this over with…” as she grabbed a hold of her hands
