~Chapter 23: Sinful Conclusion~
Orophin continued to stare at the elf before him, “Are you serious about that? I’m not sure I understand what you expect of me stranger”
The elf grinned slightly, rising from where he was sitting and approached the marchwarden, “I’d say…..” He began as he looked in the slowly hardening bulge in Orophin’s pants, “That you understand very well what I’m saying ‘stranger’”
Orophin regarded the elf, a smile forming on his lips. No, he did not need to be told twice. Stepping forward he grabbed the black-haired elf and pulled him closer, their lips crushed together in a harsh kiss. The other elf froze in his arms, as if uncertain what was going on, but Orophin had none of it, lowering them both to the grass. Only then did he end their kiss, pulling back to look into the fair creature’s eyes…, “We did promise My Lord Celeborn we’d ‘continue’ this sort of thing in a more secluded area, did we not?”
The elf smiled and pulled Orophin in for another kiss, “I didn’t believe you to be such a good boy…Orophin”
Then, as if a realisation came to Orophin, he pulled away completely, “Why do you request my touch now…so suddenly, while only a few moments ago you were desperate to get away from me?”
The black-haired beauty looked at him, “You took the wrong approach…Had you been more….loving…I believe is the right word, I’d have yielded to you near instantly, but you wished to take me even by force. That’s why I wouldn’t have any of that”
Orophin looked down, shocked by his own behaviour, it was as if he did not realize before what it was he was doing, was not aware of it…Tears filled his eyes and he turned away from the elf next to him, whispering quietly to himself, “What have I done? I have become that which I hated, I almost did unto others what was done to me…How could I? The twins…they were right…But I could not see”
The other elf, who seemed to be forgotten by Orophin, moved so that he sat behind Orophin, wrapping his arms around the marchwarden who by now was trembling with tears held back, “You were blinded by the hatred you have felt. The shadow surrounding you was so evident to me…I felt responsible to see that shadow fade. Now, come … Do not shed tears over what has been done, over that which you cannot change. Change yourself now, you know how to…and I don’t break that easily, come, turn to me”
Orophin blinked the tears from his eyes and managed to turn in the beauty’s arms, looking at him, “I want … I want to love you…But…but I’m not sure that I know how to do that…If I’m capable of that”
Meanwhile the twins were still trying to get entrance to the childhood chamber of their beloved, convinced that he’s in there, “Legolas, lirimaer*, please…Open the door and let us in”
Slowly the door opened, but Legolas did not come out. The twins went inside and saw Legolas sitting back down on the floor, his face still wet from tears.
Elrohir fell to his knees before Legolas, wrapping his arms around the prince tightly, “Don’t you ever scare us like this again ‘Las” Elladan kneeled down beside them and nodded his agreement while giggling, “’Ro nearly had a heart attack”
Legolas raised his eyes to them and couldn’t help the laugh that escaped him, but almost instantly sobered from it and regarded the two, “Why did you have to continue to argue? I just asked for peace…love”
Elladan softly brushed his hand across Legolas’ cheek, “We’re sorry mela en' coilye*, please forgive us?”
Legolas smiled slightly, pressing a kiss to each of their lips, “Thank you for making my fantasy come true”
The twins smiled, embracing their love, “It was our pleasure, our prince”
