Chapter 2

James started to wake up and realized he was in a nice comfy white bed. “Oh man my head” he rubbed were he had been hit. “So you finally decided to join the living” a voice said from beside the bed. James saw the same elf who had brought him to Mirkwood sitting beside the bed on a chair.

“Where am I” James asked “your in one of the palace guest chambers” Elion told him, “right well I have to say its more like an on suit at the Hilton Hotel” James said in one of his sarcastic ways.

“I have to say you say the most strangest things first George bush then Mel Gibson who are those people” Elion asked. “Their just some famous people from my world seemingly that I am not in mine anymore” James looked down at his hands “and to say the truth I don’t even know if I will ever get back to my world” he sighed.

Their was soon a knock on the door “come in”, “I am sorry to interrupt your hinus but the king wishes to speak with the human” the servant said.

Elion took James to see his father down in the throne room, when they entered James had never seen such a huge room. “Now this is what I call a cool pad” he said looking at his surroundings. “So he has finally woken up” a voice said it came from the same elf who had talked to him outside.

“Tell me boy were do you come from” the king asked him “firstly its not boy its James and secondly I don’t need to tell you were I come from because you haven’t said the magic word” James started to be a smart a lick again. “I see so you are not going to cooperate it seems” Thranduil said.

“Then tell me what is the magic word” Thranduil decided to play along with James little game. “Well its quite obvious what the secret word is and that is ‘RUUNNN” and in a quick flash James started running towards the door. When suddenly a young elf with blonde hair and blue eyes just walked in and bumped into him.

“Oh man my head now I’m going to get another headache again” James said to himself not realizing that he was lying on top of someone. “If you don’t mind can you get of me” James looked down and noticed he was lying on an elf. “Oh uh sorry about that” and he got of letting the blonde elf get up.

“Legolas it’s a good thing you walked in otherwise we would be running around after him” Thranduil told his son. “Who is he father surly there is an explanation on why there is a human in our home” Legolas asked. “Your brother captured him and brought him here for my consent on what to do with him” Thranduil told his youngest son.

“Is that so huh well if you’ll excuse me I have better things to do that stay around some stupid human” Legolas was about to walk of when James had to open his mouth again. “Stupid, stupid look here buster I don’t care if you are a prince but no one calls me stupid especially some snot nose spoilt little prince like yourself” he said.

Everyone in the room froze and the throne room was in complete silence “you dare say that again” Legolas was furious. “Yeah I would say it over and over again because that’s what you are” James said “you don’t even know me” Legolas then said “yeah and you know what I don’t want to know you” the argument went on for quite some time.

Thranduil decided that enough was enough he just couldn’t take it any longer. So he decided to make James, Legolas servant which James argued some more about. Legolas also did the same thing he had no intention on wanting to be served by some snot nose kid.

Though for the both of them they had no choice, James had to serve Legolas and Legolas had to get use to it. The young prince personal slave was a pointed to some were else now that James was Legolas new slave. “Your going to serve prince Legolas he says, deal with it he says, for fuck sake this is just not my day” he said to himself why being lead to the servant quarters.

“Say dude don’t you get sick and tied of serving these guys” James asked but got no response. “Okay so your one of those silent types yeah I can dig with that” and the whole way he just kept quiet himself.

Once the elf showed James his room and what time he needed to start the elf left. “Well it seems like I will be sleeping in a run down hotel room than a suit” James told himself. It had gotten late and once he had eaten when he received a tray of food he decided to sleep.

Morning soon rose and James was still sleeping in his bed when a knock was heard on the door. “Mmm go away still sleeping” he said with a drowsy voice “its time to get up” an elf walked in. “Ten more minutes” the elf opened the curtains and the bright sunlight shone right onto James face.

The elf saw the boy put his pillow over his head, now he was getting frustrated with the mortal. The elf picked up a bowel of water and poured it all over James deffiently waking him up this time “now get ready” and left the room with a soaking angry James behind.

Meanwhile another person was sleeping in, Legolas was fast asleep in his bed and didn’t even realize that some one had just walked in. James saw Legolas still sleeping and a small plan formed in his head.

To get back at him for calling him stupid James walked over to the bed “this is payback” and with a loud shout “SURPRISE” Legolas fell out of bed. He looked up and saw the human completely in hysterics. “I got you a good one” wiping the tears from his face from all the laughter.

Legolas was not pleased at all “well for doing that you can clean my horse all over he’s been needing to have a bath and you are just right for the job oh and don’t forget to clean his stable it’s a tad smelly” Legolas told him. “Well don’t just stand their get to it you are my servant after all” and James walked of in complete fury,

The elf smiled and thought that he could have some fun with the chores he will give the mortal.

James had been shown were the stables were and which horse belonged to the youngest prince. He started washing the white horse with a frown on his face “good one James you just had to play that stunt didn’t you” he said to himself, “well he deserved it” he then said to no one.

“You sure do talk to yourself a lot” someone said from behind him it just had to be Legolas older brother. “Great what do you want come to laugh at me” James didn’t need another elf to embarrass him. “No I came to chat” Elion said “that’s rich coming from the elf who brought me here to become a servant to the worst elf possible” James replied.

“Don’t take Legolas the wrong way he is a nice boy once you get to know him” Elion told him “well to say straight forward I don’t want to get to know him and as the nice part goes I would hardly call him that” James replied. “You know you seem just like him sometimes, don’t take me wrong or anything but I know that if you give my brother a chance things might turn out better” and Elion left.

“Things might turn out better huh, HOW DOES DIGGING UP HORSE SHIT MAKE THINGS BETTER” James yelled out. Many elves had heard the humans little temper tantrum but went back to their business.

A little while later James had finished working in the stables and decided to have a break. Legolas had been watching him do his job from a fair distance away “spying on your slave that’s not something you would do little brother” Elion came up from behind him. “What do you want Elion” Legolas turned to face his older brother “just wondering why your looking at the boy, could it be that you actually like him” Elion asked.

“What your crazy why would I like some half wit of a human” Legolas was stunned his brother could even think that. “Oh I don no maybe the reason why you are fighting with the mortal is because you are afraid to get close to him have you thought about that hmm, anyway just be careful and don’t take this human likely he doesn’t seem to be in the best of terms with you at the moment” then Elion left his younger brother to think about what he had just said.

“You can be a smooth talker with your brother sometimes” someone said Elion turned round and saw Saish standing their. “I have my talents all I tried to do was talk some common sense into that brainless head of his besides I can see right through my little brother and I know he likes the mortal I just gave him a little shove” Elion told Saish.

“Is their something else you can shove which can make even a small little elf like myself to be happy” Saish asked. Elion walked up to him and placed his arms around the elf’s waist “I can do a lot of things” and Elion bent down and kissed the elf pushing his tongue into his lovers mouth receiving a moan from Saish. “No matter how many times we kiss you are a great kisser by far” Saish told him. “I am also a great lover and that I can prove to you in the bedroom”.

They both walked of without anyone seeing them, both Elion and Saish had kept their secret love affair a secret from everyone. It wasn’t uncommon for elves if a male likes another male. However when one from the royal family gets involved with a relationship with the same sex things get a little complicated.

Elion was the heir to the Mirkwood throne and he was afraid that if someone found out about his relationship with Saish who was Legolas best friend that something might happen to his young lover. Their age differences were far by many years, Elion is 2892 why Saish is 956 only two years younger than Legolas. When Elion had first met Saish something clicked between the two. After a while they had both grown great affection towards each other which brought great confusion to both of their minds. Then one night Elion had told him he was going into battle which upset Saish greatly.

For Saish he couldn’t hide his feelings any longer and told Elion how he felt that night. They both made love for the first time and it felt so right and after that they decided to keep there love a secret which they had done for over fifty years. It had not been easy especially when young maidens would flirt with Elion which made Saish rather jealous.

Saish would sometimes get angry with Elion if he saw him flirting back to a maiden. The argument would go one for a few minutes Saish saying he doesn’t like his lover flirting with female elves or any elf for that matter why Elion was trying to defend himself by saying that he wasn’t really flirting and that Saish was getting carried away. The young elf would sometimes not talk to Elion for a few days but they would end up making up with a kiss and then continue on from their.

Though their love was strong they both would do what ever it would take to stay together for all eternity.

In the palace gardens James was sitting on a bench and just wondering how he was going to get back home. “What the hell am I doing here, it just doesn’t make any sense how I even came to this world” and he placed his head in his hands. “Do you not like it here” a feminine voice said from behind him.

James turned around and saw Thranduil’s wife standing their in a beautiful blue and silver gown. “I wouldn’t say it’s the greatest place to be at but to tell the truth I just want to know how I got to this world and what this world is” James told her. Nonamia sat down beside him “the world you are in now is called middle earth since you don’t know were you are, it is a world which contains many species, the men the dwarves the elves and many other species” she said.

“Have you ever seen any other beings which aren’t like yourself” James asked her “no I haven’t you are the first human I have ever in counted before I thought your species were rather intelligent in some way but you show a completely different side” she said. “Yeah well we are not all the same and as intelligent goes that is just a fact and nothing more, the only reason I might seem strange to you is because were I come from there are no such things as elves so I’m a little freaked out about the whole thing and I just want to know why I was brought here, you and your husband might think I’m some sort of wako but give me a break if you got transported to my world you would be flipping yourself” James told the queen.

“I guess that would be so but you must remember that you are not in your world anymore and if you want to stay alive you better behave and become more accustomed to our ways here” she replied and then left James to his thoughts. “I guess I have no choice” he got up and went to find Legolas no matter how much he hated the blonde prince.
