Coming Home
A big smile spread across Viggo’s handsome features as his gaze alighted upon Felicity. A smile mirroring his own
spread across her features as well. She jumped down from her horse, rall sll speed towards him, and flung herself into his open
arms. “I can’t believe you’re here,” she gasped disbelievingly into his ear. T of of happiness welled in her eyes and she buried
her face in the crook of his neck in order to hide them from view. She pulled herself away, studying Viggo at arms length.
Tentatively, Felicity traced the contour of Viggo’s face with shaking fingers. Finally believing, a joyful laugh escaped her lips and
she attacked Viggo’s mouth with a flurry of kisses.
“Felicity… honey… wait,” Viggo chuckled in between kisses. Felicity remained relentless though as her lips traveled from
his mouth to his neck. Viggo fought hard to not give in to his desire even though it was extremely difficult. “Honey, we have
guests,” he murmured. Felicity paused in mid-kiss, her lips pursed against Viggo’s adam’s apple. Slowly, her gaze roved to her
left, and through her peripheral vision she saw that they indeed did have guests. Hastily, though with some reluctance, she pulled
herself away from Viggo and straightened out her shirt. Felicity turned towards their guests and held out her hand which was
accompanied with a wide grin.
“Hi, pleasure to meet you both, my name is Felicity Herthing,” she greeted warmly. Orlando noted that she had a thick
Scottish accent, much like Billy Boyd did, as he took her hand which had a surprisingly strong grip. “Orlando Bloom,” he stated
with a small smile. “Yes, I know. You’re the elf-boy,” she chuckled. Orlando thought he would have felt a tinge of annoyance with
the way she had said it, but instead he found himself not minding at all. Felicity was different from all of the other women
Orlando had been introduced to by Viggo. She was tall and slender, almost deer-like. Her eyes were indeed large and deep blue
which gave stark contrast to her light skin and curly jet black hair. A few sun-kissed freckles adorned her smooth features. There
was no denying that Felicity was an extremely beautiful woman. But the woman standing next to him was just as beautiful as
she. “This is Kate Bosworth, my girlfriend,” he introduced the attractive blonde standing next to him. “Pleasure to meet you,”
Kate said softly, reaching out to shake Felicity’s hand.
“The pleasure is all mine, Kate,” Felicity gripped Kate’s hand and shook it firmly. “Are we all hungry?” she asked all
three once the formality had passed. Her gaze lingered on Viggo, lust apparent in the deep blue orbs. “Of course we are, these
two already know about your great cooking since I couldn’t stop talking about it,” Viggo beamed proudly. “Is that right?” Felicity
murmured, stepping close to Viggo and playfully punching his stomach. “They always say the way to a man’s heart is through his
stomach,” she chuckled. Orlando and Kate watched the little exchange of love and adoration pass between the couple, not feeling
one bit put off by it. “Well, come on then, I’ve made a bunch of stuff. Mostly Indian cuisine since most of it is meat free,” she
looked knowingly atandoando, “but for this meat-eater, I made something special,” she pinched Viggo on the nose. “Come then,
to the house!” she declared, wrapping one arm around Orlando’s shoulders and the other around Kate’s.
Viggo grabbed Felicity’s horse, which was grazing a few feet away and followed the trio up to the house. Felicity glanced
over her shoulder and winked at him. Viggo grinned; tonight was going to be a real good night.

“So he says to me, how can you not like Monet? He’s the best artist there is! The colors and the fusion he uses to
interpret our emotions, what we seek for in life, everything he manages to do on a canvas! It’s amazing what the man has done.
If you’re not into him, then what kind of woman are you?” Felicity impersonated Viggo’s reprimanding shriek. It’s a very good
impersonation, Orlando thought to himself as he laughed at Viggo’s disapproving look. “I did not sound like that,” he whined.
Felicity shot Viggo a look that only he could interpret. “Okay, so maybe I did a little,” Viggo admitted. The look was shot towards
him again. “Okay, so I did a lot,” he sighed. An approving smile was the reward.
“So after that, you decided you loved him?” Kate asked eagerly. She was gripping Orlando’s hand with her own while her
other hand cupped hhin.hin. “Well it took me a while,” Felicity sighed, glancing at Viggo who was scarfing down his lemon and
rosemary-seasoned steak. “I thought to myself, who the hell does this man think he is? What kind of man reprimands a woman
just because she can’t really appreciate art like he does? Then it hit me,” Felicity paused to take a sip from her glass of
wine. “What hit you?” Kate asked. Orlando looked over at her and smiled. She was always the one who loved a good story
telling. “The passion that Viggo emitted. It was so strong that it overwhelmed me. I heard it in the way he talked of things. I saw
it in the way he looked at things. I felt it in the way he touched things,” Felicity murmured, lust once again coloring gaz gaze as it
fell upon Viggo. Orlando felt his cheeks grow slightly warm. “Viggo’s passion made me want to be near him, get to know him
better, love him for who he was. It’s not the passion that controls the man; it’s the man who controls that passion,” Felicity said
breathlessly. Orlando had noted that Kate was breathing heavily beside him. “That’s ang,”ng,” she finally said in awe.
“I see it in you two,” Felicity said pointedly, glancing from Orlando to Kate. “It’s a small flame now, since you both are
just starting out, but soon it will bloom into a wild fire which neither of you won’t be able to tame. Don’t worry though, when that
time comes, it will be the best time of your liv Fel Felicity reassured. “I just fell in love with Felicity because she was a great
cook,” Viggo chirped up and burped rudely afterward. Laughter rang through the dinning room accompanied by a small hiss of
pain when Felicity had smacked Viggo upside the head. “I swear, this man will run me clear out of food. You should see the type
of chaos he leaves after he has raided the fridge,” Felicity chided, casting Viggo a disapproving look. “It’s a wonder how you don’t
fall over with that belly of yours,” she looked pointedly at Viggo’s extended belly which he rubbed lovingly. “It takes skill and
talent my dear, skill and talent,” Viggo boasted.
Felicity rolled her eyes and got up from her chair. Orlando stood up as well. He started to help Felicity clear the table
but she chided him gently and ordered him to sit down. “I hope you’ve left room for desert, its pumpkin pie,” Felicity licked her
lips languorously. “I really like her Vig,” Orlando commented once she had left the room. “So do I,” Kate chimed in. “You two and
the whole freakin’ world,” Viggo grinned.

“Tell me one more time about New Zealand?” Felicity pressed as her gaze followed Viggo’s hand trail across her taut
belly. “For miles around, the land was flat,” he murmured, continuously rubbing Felicity’s belly before slowly making its way up
towards her breasts, “there was this one amazing spot were the land would bow and bend into a crevice between two monstrous
mountains,” he grinned as he traced Felicity’s cleavage. Felicity laughed and smacked his hand away. “Jerk,” she snapped
lovingly. “That wasn’t the way you said it before,” she noted. Viggo smiled down at her, his body was still draped over hers and
tingling in the orgasmic haze of love-making. “Each day brought wonders. The birds would never tire of their constant melodious
singing. The grass would sway in harmony with the whispering breeze and the air always smelled of pine. The mountains towards
the west were guarded jealously by the light morning fog, though by noon the fog reluctantly would reveal its secret and unveil
the mountains from its tight hold. The river, not to far away would splash nst nst the rocky banks, adding its voice to the relaxing
day. There were many times were I thought I could just lose myself and forget who I was. But there was never a time where I
could forget you,” Viggo leaned down and placed a gentle kiss on Felicity’s lips.
He brought his hand up and gently wiped the tears that gathered at the corner of Felicity’s closed eye-lids. “I wish I
could have been there with you,” Felicity whispered remorsefully against his lips. “You were sweetheart, you were,” Viggo
reassured her. Felicity turned her head away and sighed deeply. Viggo rested his forehead against her cheek. “Have you been
going to the doctors lately?” he sighed. “Even though I hate to, you know I have,” Felicity muttered. “Anything new?” Viggo
wondered aloud. “Same old same old,” Felicity said resentfully, “they still don’t know what it is. I’m just glad this new disease isn’t
contagious,” she added. “If it were, we wouldn’t be able to have any fun. Still that wouldn’t stop me,” Viggo joked. Felicity tugged
on his hair. “Jerk,” she chided. She rubbed his fine hair in between her fingers, still kept long since the end of filming Lord of the
Rings. “I like this look for you,” she commented. “Is it sexy?” Viggo raised an eyebrow suggestively. “You know it!” Felicity
laughed.
Suddenly Viggo felt despair wash over him, it was so overwhelming that he felt himself shake with unwanted
emotion. “You look so healthy,” he gasped. He ran his hand over her face and suddenly dissolved into tears. Felicity wrapped her
arms around him and held him tightly. “I am healthy, don’t worry love. I am,” she whispered reassuringly. “How can you say that
when you know you only have four more months to live?” Viggo demanded, unable to control the anger in his tone. “How can you
look upon someone, knowing that they are going to live longer than you are?” he choked on his words and tried to calm his
hysteria. “To be honest, I feel humbled by it. It makes me glad to know that you will be able to go on living your life. Even if I’m
not,” Felicity swallowed, “even if I’m not in it,” she finished. “How can you be so sure?” Viggo wailed. “Because I know you Viggo.
I know how trultruly are. It was your strength and your passion that caused me to love you. You can’t let me down now,” Felicity
reminded him, determination strong in her tone. “I’m not as strong as you think,” Viggo shook his head ruefully. “No, you’re not
as strong as you think,” Felicity told him. He smiled weakly down at her. Suddenly Felicity’s eyes widened as if she remembered
something. “I have something for you,” she beamed, trying to lighten the mood. She squirmed from beneath Viggo and he
reluctantly rose up and let her out from under him.
She rummaged through the drawers and pulled out a piece of paper. “I wrote this for you,” she said sheepishly. Viggo
turned and sat up right, his back pressing against the head board. He took the paper from her and reached over for his reading
glasses. “I was advised to,” Felicity found her throat constricting, “to write thank you letters to loved ones,” she finished hoarsely.
Viggo’s repentant emotion was starting to affect her. “I don’t think I can read it now,” Viggo admitted. Felicity tried not to feel
disappointed, and forced an understanding smile on her face. “That’s fine,” she said, hoping to sound cheerful. Viggo noted the
hint of disappointment in her tone, but decided not to push it further. “We should sleep soon anyway, we have to get reenergized
for tomorrow,” Felicity laughed. “Yes, we do,” Viggo muttered. He reached over and turned off the light and snuggled down,
pulling the blankets over himself and Felicity. He wrapped one arm around Felicity and pulled her close to his body possessively.
He closed his eyes and willed himself not to cry again. Unfortunately, telling by the dampness on his chest, Felicity ’t h’t have
the same strength in will-power.
