Ch18



While Legolas rested in Aragorns arms...he would feel a slight
trembling from time to time and finally sat straight and tilted his
head "What is it Ayagoon...are you...are you uncomfortable around me
now that you have learned that I was touched in such a way...that my
body is...tainted?"

Aragorns eyes flew wide "What? Nay! Of course not...and you are not
tainted, you were a helpless elfling trapped and...and...I just...I
guess what you confided in me is fully sinking in and Im...I guess I
am...I feel...disgusted with my own people. What was done to you
is...unthinkable"

Legolas slowly lowered his head and sighed nervously "You still want me
then?"

The young ranger grabbed him and pulled him close "I love you
Legolas...you are not tainted, I want you...I would love and want you
even if you were a...if you were a...a kinslayer!"

The prince gasped and smacked him hard in the arm "Bite your tongue!"

Aragorn rubbed his arm and chuckled "Oww...remember now I am an adan,
not an elf...Elladan broke my arm once by just grabbing it and pulling
me towards him sharply. And I was not implying that you would ever be a
kinslayer...I just meant I would love you regardless. I would love you
even if you could...uh...even if you were so different that you
could...could get pregnant!"

Legolas gasped and blinked "H...How did you know that! How did you know
that males in my line can produce offspring!"

Aragorns jaw dropped and Legolas began to laugh and point at him
"Ahhaye you should have seen your face Ayagoon! Oh how precious! You
truly are a gem!"

Aragorn narrowed his eyes and lunged forward "Oh you think you are sooo
very funny hmm master wood elf!"

While they rolled around and wrestled, Glorfindel surprised a chuckle,
but his silence was broken when Asfaloth snorted. Aragorn and Legolas
stilled and looked over and up till they saw the smiling warrior "You
two seem to be having a good time, I apologize for my intrusion...this
little one got away from her naneth and I was sent to retrieve her"

Both of them stood and then noticed the small elfling resting before
him and Aragorn smiled "That will make the third time this week she has
run off ay? I think she just likes for you to come and find her"

Glorfindel chuckled and nodded "I believe you are correct, for when I
told her we were to go back, she cried for me to play with here upon
our return" The seneschal then sighed and whispered "Her Adar past
while fighting orcs when on patrol, and I think she wishes for me to
assume his roll...do you know of any unattached males that I may
attempt to match with her naneth?"

Aragorn shrugged and smiled "What about Elladan or Elrohir"

Glorfindel choked and shook his head "Aye Valar! Have you gone
completely mad?! I would Not subject anyone to there affections! Just
the Thought of them having offspring sends shivers down my spine...aye,
can you just imagine what there offspring would be like?!"

Aragorn sighed and nodded "Imladris would be burned to the ground
before there 5th year I would think"

Legolas snorted and shook his head "You are both horrible, they have
been good friends to me..."

Aragorn held up his hand "Apples Legolas..."

The prince slowly bit his lip and frowned "Ooo...aye, you are right"

Glorfindel chuckled and waved his hand "I will go now, I should get her
back...where are you headed?"

Legolas smiled and blushed "Ayagoon is going to show me an area he is
fond of"

The seneschal arched his brow "The cave Aragorn?" After receiving an
embarrassed nod, Glorfindel smiled from ear to ear "Well well well...I
must tell you prince Legolas, he has never taken anyone there before,
you will be the first. When he was young, he used to run off and when I
was sent to find him, I was always guaranteed to find him there. He
loved the spot so much that Elrond declared it Aragorns private
property...no one trespasses there"

Aragorn blushed as he rolled his eyes and Legolas wrapped his arms
around his bicep "Truly? I will be the first to be shown this special
place?"

The young man cleared his throat and nodded "Nai well...I never wished
to take another there...until I met you"

Glorfindel smirked "Have fun you two" then urged Asfaloth away.

After he left, Legolas smiled shyly "I do not believe I have Ever
wished to see a cave so badly...lead on Ayagoon, I am ready to go now"
