I still can't believe it.
Three weeks have passed since I wanted to kill myself after telling Sean the truth and he so inconsiderately rang my doorbell.
Three weeks mean 21 days. 21 days of arguing, yelling, half-hidden smiles and long talks.
21 days of knowing that Sean doesn't hate me after all. 21 days of cuts and bruises from daily sword practice, outraged Pete, scared Hobbits and a silently seething elf. 21 days on the subject of coffee being preferable to tea, English beer not being as bad as often said and Sean repeatedly insulting my intelligence, my acting performance, my choices in food and clothes and my personality.
In other words, the 21 best days of my life. And even though we never do any more than kissing I don't want to miss any of it ever again. The world has been too perfect since he agreed to give me a chance that fateful day. And we are still getting to know each other better, taking walks, going out for dinner or just spending some quiet evenings at home. I even let him drag me to some awful art exhibition one day. We were there together.
We. There finally is a we. A tentative we that has to be nurtured and cherished but it is there and I don't intend to let anyone ruin this we. Especially not Orlando.
For the first time in what seemed like an eternity I am finally happy. With Sean. We are happy with slowly getting to know each other. We.
