Going Home

~ Sorry I haven't updated in a long time. Finals week was such a pain and move out day from the dorms was a hassle. My arms are still sore from carrying all those boxes and my computer. Ugh. So, here's Chapter 10.

Chapter 10: Going Home

“Father, look!” Melenor exclaimed as he pointed.

Thranduil looked up to see a small cottage with five horses grazing beside it. A thin line of smoke trailed out from the chimney above it. At least someone was home. Judging on the number of horses, those who abducted Legolas must be here.

“Hurry!” Thranduil said, urging his horse to ride faster. “Legolas might be there!”

“Just stay right there,” Elladan growled.

Elrohir stepped forward and kneeled over the woman. He gasped when he saw the woman had pointed ears - an elf. She had long silky blond hair, and her eyes were the color of the afternoon sky. Her face was flushed with pain and tears streaks stained her face. Her eyes seemed glazed over for a moment, and they cleared when she noticed a body was not on top of her any longer.

She slightly turned her head and saw the face of a dark haired elf kneeling beside her.

“Princess Legolas?” Elrohir gasped in recognition.

Legolas squinted her eyes in remembrance.

“Elrohir?” she whispered in confusion. What was he doing here? She hadn’t seen him for five years, the last time she and her family visited Rivendell. The first time she and he met when she was thirteen and he was one hundred, they became close friends. She, after all, was the closest in age to Elrohir, and Elrohir was the closest in age with her. She wondered why and how he came, but she was very grateful that he was here.

Elrohir turned when he heard footsteps enter the house. His eyes widened when six blond haired elves came in, their bows and arrows ready to fire. He, Elladan, and Estel recognized them as the brothers of Legolas. The brothers looked surprised to see them there and were even more surprised that they had the situation under control.

Illiphir saw Legolas on the floor and rushed to her, kneeling beside her opposite of Elrohir.

“Legolas,” he gasped.

“Illiphir,” Legolas whispered. She flung her arms around Illiphir’s neck and held him close in relief. Illiphir tightly hugged Legolas back and gently pulled her skirt down to decently cover her up.

Illiphir looked up at Elrohir. “How did...” he started to say.

“We were passing by and heard the screaming in here,” Elrohir explained. “That was when we came to help.”

Illiphir nodded. He carefully hooked his arm under her knees and, keeping his arm behind her back, lifted her up. He carried her to the front door and stopped when Thranduil approached them.

He watched as Thranduil stepped into the cottage when the situation was under control. He saw Elladan, Elrohir, and Estel and nodded in greeting. Looking around, he spotted Legolas in Illiphir’s arms and turned to the six men, seething.

“It is hard to imagine how inhumane you can be,” Thranduil growled. “You kidnap my youngest child and wound my son. I would kill you where you stand, but I refuse to stoop down to your low standards.” Turning to his children, he said, “Bind them. We will take them back to the castle and throw them into the worst dungeons.” Turning to the Rivendell brothers, he said to them, “If you please to follow us back Mirkwood. We would dearly be delighted for your presence there.”

His face then filled with sadness as he gently took Legolas from Illiphir’s arms. Turning, he carried her to his horse, holding her close and repeatedly murmuring, “My baby. My poor baby girl.”

Illiphir’s brothers bound the men and shoved them forward, beckoning them to start marching.

Elladan, Elrohir, and Estel all looked at each other before following Legolas’s brothers out.

~ Sorries for an even shorter chapter. I saved all the action for one chapter, and the action was not really a lot. But there will be more later on.

~ All right, no more graphic sex scenes. YAY!! I bet you were saying, when is the non-con stuff going to end?
