I am very much a FF.N reader for the most part... but your story and two HP stories are why i keep coming back to this site.

You write very well and the lack of massive spelling/grammer errors in a ic iic is quite refreshing. The 'maternal elf' idea if rather interesting... as is the interaction between Haldir and (the extreemly innocent) Legolas. I do hope you plan to keep going on this story, as it is quite good. I can't wait to see how Legolas and Haldir discover the pregnancy and how they deal with the newborn in the first few weeks.

Is Berlain gone for good? or Is he going to come back and cause some more trouble?

-Confuzzed-

PS-is Orophin going to get a wife at some point? I think he deserves one, after spending so much time with Legolas.... Would he want to go back to the bachlor lifestyle... having to cook and clean for himself?

I thought that I should send a quick few lines your way concerning your questions at the end of chapter twenty-five:

Author Question: I have some tough descisions to make about the whole pregnancy thing: should he breast feed (I would still have hlat lat chested of course)?

Reviewer Answer: No, especially not if he will be flat chested- I don't even know if that would be technically possible considering the schematics. Plus, it just seems too idealistic. Of course there are going to be at least some minor problems since Legolas IS a male.

Author Question: How long will he be pregnant?

Reviewer Answer: Well, the gestation period of a female elf is about 12 months. And considering that Legolas is a male, I advise adding on a month or two for development of the child andy. dy.

Author Question: Where’s Haldir during this?

Up until this point in time, you've been displaying Haldir as an eager father. So this considered, I say that he should be right by his side. I think it would be too cliche if you had him run off on some errand or something to that extent. You seem inventive, so I believe you could successfully come up with a plotline which would accomodate Haldir remaining with him.

Heck, yes I want more. There are so many more things you can do with this story
and besides that they haven't had their baby yet, LOL. So, more please.

Yes you have to continue with the story! Atleast until Legolas and Haldir have their baby! I was happy to see Haldir tell Legolas that he loves him, and now I believe we're just waiting for Legolas to feel the same! You have to keep writing this story!
Suggestion wise, I'd keep with the 12 month normal elf pregnancy. Other then that, it's all fun. :)

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE continue. This is a great story with excellant character? relationship development done concisely. Many fanfic authots tend to run on like a novel unescessarily( this is after all not supposed to be faulkner), but your movement is excellant and the developing dynamics between characters is both natural and realistic. I know it can be hard when you want to move on but please at least trygivegive them a baby before you write off. Thanks for listening and writing,
