I can't believe I just found this--I stumbled upon this years ago and how Legolas and Glorfindel's relationship has progressed, as well as Legolas' relationship with himself. Words fail me--I can't tell you how pleased I am to have found this, the updates especially! Can't wait to read the next bit, or the proposal, however that goes!

Excellent as usual! I had noticed the "le hannon " vs. "Hannon le" as well.

Well, I've gotten spoiled. I've read this whole story over the last few days only to find that now I have to wait for an update. :( haha. Can't wait. It's a great story and I like the development of the characters and the storyline.

You know, I would have thought for sure by now that Legolas would have gotten pregnant again. Is he taking something to prevent pregnancy or is he not in season? Just curious.
Hm, sounds like something is going on with all the fabulous gifts the everyone had given to Gil. What's going on?
Excellent work! Can't wait for the next chapter. Please update soon!

I honestly couldn't tell you when and where I first found this story, nor can I tell you how long I have followed it. But it has been worth staying with it and each sentence screams of quality!
I adore how you have slowly and carefully developed the characters, it makes me feel less rushed, the elves have all the time in the world (being 'immortal') and it fits wonderfully that you take the time to advance their characterisations!
I love how Gil has changed everyone around him! I simply love reading of his little adventures, I don't recall ever reading anything about a baby elf from Tolkien, and your view gives a warm feeling. The little boy rushes and plays, not a care in the world, protected by two loyal parents and looked upon with curiosity from others.
It is a credit to you that you can turn the sexual events that would have left Legolas utterly humiliated and broken in the first chapters, into what they should be: a game between two consenting adults. We have seen the couple make love with tenderness; we have seen Legolas be claimed ruthlessly; and we have seen games that are not for the feint-hearted... but in these recent chapters, it is apparent that Glorfindel loves the young elf, the father of his child; and if Legolas truly cried for mercy, I know he would stop.
I have to remind myself that the Legolas you write is not the warrior I read in LOTR, he is still so young, still carefree like his son. Right now I find it hard to imagine the warrior from Tolkien's trilogy, but with guidance and love from Glorfindel, I don't doubt Legolas will become great!
Thank-you for this tale.
