Quiet an excellent start. I always like stories portraying Thranduil as and and loving, and especially stories with Legolas as a child. I will continue to read, as you continue to post.

This story is well written. I would like you to continue. It is just heartbreaking made especially so because I am reading
about the romance between Thranduil and Valilis in Sun and Shadow. It makes me wish Legolas could have known his mother.
Please, more chapters to both stories.

wow...O-o...never read a story that starts out so dramatically in the first chapter. I love it! Makes me wonder hoor oor Thranduil is going to deal with the death of his son, and how he is going to be a single parent now to one so young. On a side note, i like that you've already incorporated other familar faces in the story. (Our beloved Imladris family) Keep going, anything that starts out with a bang like this will only get better!!! :-P
