I'm not a big fan of Legolas so I wasn't sure about reading this at first. I have to say that I was hooked after the first chapter and have managed to get caught up just today. I am looking forward to reading more.

I've been ill lately (cold/flu) and haven't been online much. I'm sorry for the radio silence! I'm loving the new chemistry between Elladan and Orophin. I was feeling a bit grumpy toward Elladan, but knowing he was so confused has quelled that emotion. :P He's not such a bad guy I guess, he just got very distracted! I hope Legolas and Haldir are still faring well! :) Great update as always!

Oh ho ho! I have a feeling that Orophin is a genius, so I hope he gets things slightly more under control. Also I'm glad Legolas is staying with and standing up for, Haldir. I think the poor guy needs it.

Oh no, Legolas is going to be in for quiet a surprise! And you were most correct, I want to hug Haldir ten times more than I did before. Poor guy, and here I thought Legolas got stuck with the short end of the stick. Can't wait to see what happens next!

Sorry for the slightly late review, apparently AFF had a virus or something that caused my internet to block it temporarily. I'm so glad the problem was resolved though, with a chapter like that! I'm still loving it! I've gone from wanting to smack Haldir to wanting to hug him. I hope Legolas doesn't do anything stupid! :P I'm excited for the next chapter! Thanks for posting!

Yes! Ha ha! I am so happy with this chapter. Legolas is taking a stand and although I get the feeling he's going to be troubled for some time yet, I'm hopeful that he'll be able to smack some people around in order to keep living. I think Haldir should do something crazy, even though he's respectful and pretty steadfast in his duties. It would be so sad if they were to waste what is between them, though others are probably going to keep trying to do just that!
