This is a really good story. I like the premise, plus it's nice to see a character like Gríma (who's pretty one-dimensional in the book) portrayed as something more complex than just a Bad Guy. Like some of your other reviewers, I would like to see more.
I hope I'm not being too blunt, but your Elvish could use a bit of work. I'm not even sure which language you were trying for; you said that Éowyn wanted to learn "conversational" Elvish (Sindarin) and not High Elvish (Quenya), but this looks like it is (mostly) Quenya. If you're interested in trying to learn more about these two (and/or other languages that Tolkien created, although Sindarin and Quenya are the two most complete), I recommend Ardalambion (http://folk.uib.no/hnohf/).

mmm, this was interesting concept. I can see how the young and lonely Eowen could have a facsination for Grima. Liked at the end how he explained why he had become enslaved by Saruman and the poem was beautiful. Very interesting well written story.
