Oh hello, I am so pleased to see another chapter to this story. I just love it. (In fact, I like everything you write.) The relationships (good and bad) are developed so well a person feels they are there in the middle of it all. I have been following this story since you started it in 2007. Please oh please write more. I want so much to see it to its end. Erestor's father is a most vile creature. I hope his mother does leave his father for a better life. It seems Erestor's father is abusive to such a lovely lady. I understand Erestor's anger with Ecthelion but I think that will smooth over in time. How wonderful for Elrond to meet his grandparents. This is such a great story. Please post more soon.

The first story I've read set in this age with these characters, but I was drawn into the plot and then it ended on a cliffhanger.
Hope it will be continued. Will look out for a follow on.
