what a wonderful story. I remember reading part of it a long time ago. I'm glad you have
progressed so much further w/ it.
If there is more to come of the story and you post could you drop me an e-m?
thanks for the great read!

Greetings dear authoress,

First, I wanted to say that the ratio of rates and reviews to the hits on the counter are downright shameful. It takes more time to read a chapter than it does to leave small note saying, 'Thank you, this is a lovely story, can't wait to read more.' That really irks me sometimes. Especially since you are such a talented authoress, and people should take the time to tell you this. The ammount of effort and research and thought you put into this astounds me. The idea, (even though you said you borrowed it, and the D'ni from another book) of the linking books and the D'ni people is genius. While there seem to be a lot of 'Modern OFC falls into the LOTR world', your, by far is the most creative. I was also impressed by all your medical research as well. (Unless, perchance you work in the medical field yourself?) There is nothing worse than a poorly researched story to cause a reader to break the supspension of belief. As I sort of came into this in the middle of you posting it, I can't really comment on everything how I would like to. Too much for my brain to process at once. ^.^ I liked the fact that she had such a struggle once she first arrived, and her getting injured like that was unexpected. I wonder if her heritage has anything to do with her healing like that? Everyone was in character...Legolas was beautiful as always....and I'm afraid this is all I can muster right now. My apologies. Next chapter I will be able to comment more thoroughly. Ooh, I also love that their souls began bonding like that, and that they also didn't just hop into bed immediately, or fall in love on sight. Well, perhaps, but...you know what I mean. I appreciate the slow build, but it seems readers on here, just want a quick "wham bam thank you ma'am", and often skip reading stories like this. I really hope you consider being published some day, if you aren't in the process of it already. Reading this, I sort of felt like I was reading a "lost" section of the LOTR story. ^.^ Thank you for taking the time to write this story, and thank you for sharing it with us.

I loved everything about their spirits joining and being able to feel each others emotions. Wonderful conversations between them, full of passion and emotion and intimacy. Like how she realises what the conversation between Legolas and Gandalf was about, she is intuitive. The Sea Longing stuff was beautifully done and explained as was Jordan's insecurity and pain and the perfect way he reassures her. Love the concept that sex IS marriage to elves and how Legolas describes how it is done, that's how it SHOULD be. Looking forward to when they do join together wholly. Keep writing!

Very full chapter. I love your descriptions of places, very beautiful, you make them come alive and imbue them with magic. Loved the conversations between Arwen and Jordan and Gandalf and Legolas about immortality and subsequently Legolas's pain and the steps towards greater intamicy that the lovers took. Great story.

hi nice to see you again. Glad that you are writing a sequel and sorry you had so much trouble for a while getting the sentences out. Happy to see the continuing story of Legolas and Jordan, will look forward to the wedding. Good to read of the others also especially Eomer's story of childhood and meeting Lothiriel.

Hi, Thanks for this chapter. What a relief to have them back together again. Glad they declared their love for each other and that Legolas took her news well (as I am sure he would) though I could sense his disappointment. Is this the end of the story or will there be more?

I thought this was one of the best stories I had read. I went to your website to read it, but when I tried to contact you and tell you how much I enjoyed it and also to send a request for an update notification, it would not let me, telling me there was an error! So, could you please add me to your update notification list please? This is fantastic, I loved the way Jordan entered middle earth, and the choices that were available to her. I loved her budding relationship with the certain elf and also the way you brought the other characters to life. Eomer I thought was a bit pushy and overbearing, although I think he s entitled to be, after all he is a King! (And a good man at heart) I loved this story, I cant say it enough, absolutely fantastic! Please, please please add me to your update notification list? (Loved the website too by the way, the music on each page was a brilliant idea and really emphasised the story!)
