Aside from the usual stuff I like to whine about ("Love it", "More, before I start to cry", etc), I thought of one thing I don't think I've told you. I really enjoy the way you write the Orc dialogue. The way Shagrat speaks, Dokuz and his packmates, it sounds, well... just spot on. The words they use, the contractions. Am I making any sense at all? Well, even if I'm not, know that I have never seen anyone write Orcish dialogue so well. Makes me hear their voices in my head when I read it. Which is a good thing. I hope. =D

Can't say much about this chapter without repeating myself. It's good work as usual. I liked that bit where Shagrat is confused over the word 'doughty', that made me laugh. As for the end, I hope that Ludlow is wrong about Shagrat's reaction to their reward. The little guy is starting to grow on me and I wouldn't want Shagrat to be too angry with him. Oh well, guess I'll find out soon enough, eh?

I would like to say once more that this story is damned good smack and I cannot get enough of it.

I love Shagrat. really nicelly thoughted (o.O is that a word?) oryginal character. and he is funny. and he is smart....in his own, orkish way :P

poor Faramir :O what they did to him...let me kill them? please?

and one more thing. ok. 2 more things
1. there MUST be an happy ending. MUST. or I will be zombie for some time, one who moaning "no...it can not end that way!". And I am shure, You do not want that ;)
2. I am not good in writing english (as you can see) so I can't espress with words how much I love that tale. keep up the good work! :*

Every update of this story just makes me love Shagrat more. He's so cute when he gets embarassed about sex. ANd the way he actually goes on to explain what he means when he says "playing with myself", as if Faramir doesn't know. That made me laugh a bit. Although it's also a little sad that he can't believe that Faramir actually loves him. I assume that problem will be remedied further along in the story. My favorite part of this chapter has to be the fact that Faramir can sense where Shagrat is in a vague sort of way. It's like Faramir now has a physical bond to Shagrat as well as an emotional one. I just love anything that brings them closer together as a couple.
As much as I loved reading this chapter it's actually a little torturous. I'm still waiting for Faramir to find Shagrat and have hot make-up sex. Every chapter that they've been apart has only made it more obvious that they should be together. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to wait for you to write more.

Wow, I remember reading your other Shagrat stories about a year ago, and the Muzluk ones too. That was back in the days when I never reviewed. Well I intend to fix this now. I really love the way you write. There are some really dark elements but the love story always seems so tender and sweet. It's great that you write these without being vulgar. I read a bit of another fic involving orcs and it wasn't pretty.

But your stories are different, especially with Shagrat and Faramir. Their relationship is so beautiful. I can't wait for Faramir to find Shagrat and this story so he can tell him it was all a misunderstanding. Watching Shagrat think he is worthless is incredibly hard to bear. I can't say I'm crazy about the hobbit but I like that he seem s to be helping Shagrat out with his self esteem issues.

This latest chapter was great. Finally, Shagrat gets to experience sex the was it should be. It's too bad that he is separated from Faramir right now. That's why I can't wait for you to write more, Faramir and Shagrat deserve to be happy together!

I LOVE your stories, and I'm so glad you've continued with this story! I can't wait for updates, your writing is so good. Its not just your main pairing, though that in itself is insiped, tenderly and consideratly written and for lack of better words REALLY REALLY GOOD! But the other charcters, like Eyowyn and the hobbit ludlow (I love him, he's so, cute) And I really like the way your directing the story, you know with the flashbacks to fill us in. Gosh can I gush anymore, what can I say, I love this story!

I was reading this whilst listening to The Darkness's song 'Growing on me' and realised how the lyrics match the story, sorta how Shagrat thinks about Faramir, have a listen/lok at the lyrics and you'll see what I mean :) just thought id randomly point that out.
Anyways, your story is brilliant, all the flashbacks filling in the gaps of their journey are so sweet, Shagrat sure has fallen a long way :(
