Chapter 9
Annaldir is free! And Legolas and Fearfaron are strengthening their bond! Woohoo! (yeah, that's pretty much all that happenend in that chapter, right?) Still, a very important chapter, none the less.

Chapter 10
Poor Legolas, having to grow up with that all his life! I'm surprised he's turned out the way he has! I can see why Lindalcon wants to get away from there as soon as possible!
Poor Gandalf, going to all that trouble to steal his favourite pie and not be able to eat it!
I CAN'T believe Thranduil! Is the guy so up himself as to believe Meril will willingly just jump into his bed on order to carry his children!? I realise it may only have been said to hurt the queen, yet later on it's mentioned that Thranduil has put it to the Council to decide! I just cannot believe that Elf! I'd hate to think what Lindalcon will go through if and when he sees his mother heavy with Thraduil's child, his father not dead 20 years yet!
And what the hell is up with Legolas' Mum? It's obvious Leggy refuses to go with her (both because that's what she wanted, and I've already read the full conversation between them), but doesn't she realise he has two souls yet to save? Besides, she's onlytingting to take Leggy with her to spite Thranduil. But, I don't think she realises Thranduil would want that to happen. Never see his (dead) son ever again. Never have to deal with all his disappointments or anything! She's playing right into his hands and she doesn't even realise it! (Well, at least that's how I interpretted it).

Chapter 5:part 1
OH! I LOVED the way the bird gave Legolas the feathers. Sort of like saying that someone still wants him, even though his people may not. And it's nice that he got them that day. Just as he was about to go back to the city and be tormented by Ailenyero, he receives this great gift from the forest to perhaps give him courage and help him through the night.... *sigh* lovely.

Chapter 5: Part 2
Smart Elf! NOt only in killing as many Orcs as possible by just himself, but also devising a plan involving troops from Thranduil's army, not to mention knowing Gandalf wished to speak with him and not just Thranduil.
Oh, and not forgetting Gandalf's very smart horse. (Or perhaps his well informed horse).

Ok, while I can't help and admit that were I Ailinyero, watching Legolas beat himself, I'd probably get off on it aswell, but at the same time I also can't help but that 'WHAT A BASTARD!!!!!' Oh, and those jerks outside egging him on? I don't think I have ever been as disgusted with the Elven race in all my life!!! But, once again, like that they are in the story because they give good background on how much the Elves hate Legolas. Well, maybe not hate, but strongly disapprove of him.
Though it is nice that at least Fearfaron is wary of his treatment at the hands of Ailinyero.

He's not going to accept Legolas back? Grrrr, really starting to detest Thranduil now! (And loving it!)
Aw, Malthen is so sweet! Yet quite depressing aswell, with all his death talk...
I do not like the Healer's prediction of needing to see Legolas quite a lot over the next few years... though it is also quite accurate. Still, not a nice thoguht to have...
I'd love to know who Legolas was arranged to wed. If you care to drop a name, I'd grately appreciate it. (just curious as to who it is (or was))
Now, I'll have to do the other 20 chapters a bit later, but I will do them, I promise.
But, loving this story so much right now and would love a new update every minute! But, knowing that is impossible, I will settle for whenever you finish the chapters. I guess I shall just have to learn to be patient. But, if I haven't been able to do so in the 18 years of my life, I doubt I'm going to now. lol

Chapter 1
OH GOD! Poor Legolas! (Well, I'm assuming it's Legolas, I hope I'm not wrong. But, really, I know I'm not wrong 'cos I've already read all this story and now I'm going to bac rev review all the chapters. I was going to review as I read, but I got too into the story to stop until I'd finished reading up to where you have done.) I can't believe Elves can be so cruel! Yet Men so kind... kind of a reverse role from what a lot of other stories are like.
I swear, this must be one of the best opening chapters I have ever read. No character names are given so readers' curiosity is peaked as to know who is doing this to themself. The reason behind the Elves encouraging suicide is yet unkown. and a cliff hanger at the end... NO WONDER I GOT SO CAUGHT UP IN THE PLOT!!!! I only regret not reading this fic sooner.
Ok, on with the next chapter.

Chapter 2
THAT BASTARD!!!! How could anyone do that to their son? To Their ONLY son? In all honesty, I'm getting kinda tired of reading fics where Thranduil is a bastard, yet I'm loving that he is in Feud!
And, while I know it's good that the Men stopped Leggy from killing hiimself, I'm also annoyed that they can't understand that the Elves' way of doing things are different from their own and should not interefere. Then again, it won't do if the main character died, so at the same time I'm glad they did stop him.

Ch. 24: Another great chapter. Enjoyed the action very much, since you write it so well that it is always clear as to what's going on. One of the reasons I love this tale so is because even though Legolas is a victim of much abuse, he remains a formidable warrior.
It's interesting how my reactions to the Noldor have changed since they arrived in the Greenwood. At first I villified Erestor after he was fong ong our hero while he slept. At that time I thought well of Elrond, despite his sneakiness, because of his apparent concern over Legolas' condition. But then, the fascinatingly deep layers beneath Elrond's character began to be revealed, and as Legolas said, he began to use his healing talents as a sword against Legolas, and he couldn't stand the realization of some of his own faults. He was capable of such cruelty that I turned completely against him. Now I find myself feeling more fondly toward Erestor, even though I know the two Noldor are still up to no good. It's been a fascinating ride for me concerning those two. Looking forward to more, as usual.

though i must admit i thought legolas would not take care of the wound, i thought he might wish to end his life, it's good that you made him sucjh an unpredictable and strong charcter.
i'm really starting to hate elrond, and i'm also suprised he did what he did last chapter, he did know that legolas suffered past abuse, so did he really expect him to not be so angry that elrond had basically raped him?
he is a healer after all, he should know better. does he even feel slightly guilty?
also wanted to know, is legolas still suffering from grief?
