OMG&G that was amazing XS!
The first one was so...calm and nervous and I was like stuck in the emotions of both;
and the second one was just the same! I was struggling to breath with Haldir and Eomer...I felt the heaviness of the evil and suddenly peace...it was odd...o..O
I don't think a ff has ever moved me like this....I *HAVE* to see if you have any more stories...or atleast harrass you until you decided to continue writing this one XD you figure out which one XD!!

Wow. Just wow. I dislike "wow" reviews, because they are not helpful to the writer, but when something is so profound, it's a little difficult to say anything but! It would have made a good one-shot, indeed, the ending would have been good. Poignant. But I'm glad you chose to continue. I like how you've switched back and forth from the present to the past and so on. The disjointed feeling seems to fit with how both Eomer and Haldir are feeling at the moment - it reads very well. I feel for them both. I hope you continue, and will definitely read when you do!

oooh you're giving me shivers! I'm liking this very much so far. Usually I'm not one for slash but I came across a good writer last year that let me believe there are good slash writers out there and I have found another! I can't wait to see what will come of Haldir and Eomer. Haldir Lives!!! :D

Egads, but this is a beautiful story, Corvis! Good Lord! The imagery is fantastic, the struggle of these two strong men to maintain their power and honour, the dialogue you have written. Very powerful. The only thing I would recommend is looking at the places where you have capitalized the word man. I get that you did it for a reason, but the reason is unclear to me in its current formation. However, just could not stop reading!
