I loved how Thranduil asked his son if he was alright in Imladris...the concern...and how the twins wouldnt leave...

Wonderful update my friend!

Hey, girl. I was so happy to see you had updated (did a happy dance -- bg), especially since I had started to go through withdrawal over the weekend. You've spoiled all of us tremendously, you know, updating everyday and then over the weekend nothing! But my crack is back, and that's a good thing. I know this story is probably coming to an end soon, but I've so enjoyed it. Hope you have your next project on the back burner already. Later.

Home is where the heart is, and the heart is in Imladris. And it's nice to see that Legolas and the twins are getting along fine. The fact that Legolas stood up at their side when they confessed their love to their father must have helped a lot. As for the twins not wanting to call Legolas 'Ada', that would be a little akward, especially if Legolas would be a few centuries younger than the twins. (not sure what their age is)
And why is it everyone always assumes Thranduil would throw a fit when he hears of the twins' love for each other? Seems to me he is more accepting of their love than Elrond was, but then off course, they are neither his sons, nor do they live in his realm. So he probably doesn't consider this to be his problem.
And Legolas still has to tell his father the reason for his visit.

As long as the story doesn't end too fast.

LOL! love it! I like how they twins and Legolas are finally getting along and finely at that. Looking forward to what happens next. From what was said the last couple of chapters, it seems like Legolas will be parted from Elrond for a lengthier time than what it will take to deliver the message.

I was nervous about Legolas reuniting with his father, and it went so well. I love how Legolas told his father about the twins' relationship. it was subtle, and so simple. Thranduil is a sad figure too, having to put his people before his son't personal concerns. You've shown how all elf rulers have to make sacrafices in their lives. Its really touching.

Take care.

I'm so glad to see that Legolas stood by the twins as they admitted their true relationship with each other to their father. I am also happy that Thranduil seemed to accept it so easily. However, I am very nervous about the goings on in Mirkwood. Things are indeed reaching a critical point it seems. Can barely wait for the next chapter to see what happens next!!! Wonderful job!

Oh, you made me cry! Elrond's grief is palpable. Very well done. It's so cool how you are working this into the movie canon, and still completely making it your own story. I absolutely love that.

GODS - that was, that was so...intense! This chapter really tore at my heart and made me wheep for Elrond! I loved how he confessed his feelings... but how much can one take, how many losses - even if he's an elf?! Let Legolas return swiftly at his side, before he breaks!
Great chapter. Please more!!!
