Is this some kind of crossover? These are wonderful magical creatures and I am glad the dragon saved Haldir. More please.

The creatures in the story are from real myths of Asia, which is sort of where I see them going. The manicore is Persian and simply means maneater. the antelope that breathes gold dust comes from nothern India although there is a Hungarian legend of a white stag that is simlar. The dolphin legend is real, but from South America. The jinn tiger...Persia/Arabia, and the Chine dragon? Chine is French for Chinese.....and everyone knows Chinese dragons are nice..LOL I do not think of this as a crossover, only a pass over. BUt I am running out of magical creatures....and I am getting close to the Nazgul. The only things I haen't pulled up are a unicorn (and I really considered this one, but the virgin thing sort of blew that one off) and a flying horse. I am open for suggestions.

I am still thoroughly enjoying this story. Nice bit of desert smut with the lady and her retainers. Now, what will happen with the dragon rider? More soon please.

Regarding chapter 7: Take this portion of the review Tongue-in-cheek... Where you, penchance enjoying a few puffs from the gypsy's hashish pipe while writting this ?.. ;)
Might I make a suggestion?. Perhaps this humorous chapter might be better served as a separate outake ( sort of a PWP ) for this story. The reason I say this, is because it seems to detract from the up-to-now tense and erotically dark tone of your tale. You have woven a very interesting plot thus far and I, for one, look forward to seeing the riders resume their quest. :)

So far a very evocative and atmospheric story- very interesting. And i thought with nine hot elves showing up, there is bound to be slash. I'd like to read more but...
Here is my main problem with your story; in the headings there is no indication if this is to be het or slash and no pairings are listed. I hope you will rectify this even if there is to be NO sex and NO pairings, -that should be mentioned too. I personaly, am not really that interested in getting sucked into reading a het romance between an elf and Arwen or an OFC. Please realize there is a lot published here and most of you readers don't have time to read it all and DO unfortunatly have to make decisions on what to read based on the headings.
