A very original story out there. Well built plot, though you could explain the reasons for the way Legolas is being raised in more detail. Please write more soon. Just one note: elves reach majority at 50 years. Though its more like 18. Their full bodily development is over at 100, which is more like 21 in human years.

This has promise. I have read a few stories about Legolas being raised a girl. None of them were finished but they were based on an interesting concept.
