*gleefully holding Cara's head in a bucket of water* Oooh. Now we know the story, at least the history of it. Now, if Elrond would just be so kind as to sign that parchment allowing me to finish drown... oh... What? He won't sign? No drowning? Have to work out their own problems? DARN IT!

Having discovered that rereading does not ease the need for more chapters and a resolution to Erestor's suffering, Agie gathers up Res and Fin and takes them to Kat's house, where they form a picket line of three - complete with signs and bull horns:
Fin: What do we want?
Res: Another Chapter!
Fin: When do we want it?
Agie: Now!!
Fin:What do we want?
Res: Carandhol dead!
Fin: When do we want it?
Agie: Now!
Fin: What do we want?
Res: Glorfindel & Erestor together!
Fin: When do we want it?
Agie: Now!
Now, Kat, dear - do you really want us to keep your family and neighbors up all night?

Imagines the scene in Monty Python and the Holy Grail with Micheal Palin and Terry Jones, where the music starts up and the the wedding guests all start to sing "He's going to tell, he's going to tell."
Great story! You have me coming back every single day to see what horrible indignities Carandhol has come up with to heap on his husband. Still hoping Cara will be redemmed and not have lived life as a mere G/E plot device.
I now offically am starting the Carandhol Fan Club and appointing myself president, treasurer, and chaplain.
