And yes, this answers my question. I can see how the behaviors of two or three brothers may affect how the others treat their smallest bro. that's sad, but it leaves hope for the future. I hope to see Ga-something switch over to Legolas' side.

Legolas's brothers are such assholes! They made me sooo mad, how could they just ruin his art work! Well, i can see the jealousy part...I'm even a little jealous, I wish I were betrothed to Elrohir. Or rather your Elrohir, he's so noble and kind. Legolas will really appreciate him when he comes of age. But Elrohir being chaste, he's going to be a might needy Elf by the time Legolas comes of age. Excellent story, I hope it never ends!

Wooooooooh!!! Aw, little Legolas is so cute! I like that you made one of the brothers very human (or elven as the case may be :P), with human ambivalence towards his sibling. The idea about arranged marriages is cool too. It evolved in different medivel cultures, why not in different Middle Earth(ian?) cultures. I'm so curious about what happens next!
