Beth - No, I don't think there are two different versions of "Shadows". As far as I know, they're both the same. And it might make you happy to hear that we've started writing again. Maybe not the exact thing we were writing before, but at least it's something, right? ;) It's slow-going, though, as we're both busier than we used to be. We're very happy to hear you're still interested and reading. It means a lot. Thank you for the review.

Just a question I forgot to ask at one point--are there two different version of Elven's Where The Shadows Lie? I feel like when I reread the version at your website, it was longer than the one here...just curious.

Pretty thick, isn't she? ;D But then I suppose in her fear, she wouldn't have noticed that Elrond was talking of himself in the third person. All of the blame will fall on the wrogn elf. Tricksy, indeed.

If you girls quit writing it would break my heart. :(

YUCK!! I hope Elrond is going to pull himself together soon. She is being blamed for this by Arwen and now Elros has become violent and cruel. More please.

Yea! The Frost-meister’s back! Sorry to hear ‘bout RL, it can be SO inconvenient sometimes!

“Raising an eyebrow, he felt himself go cold. … It was a pair of women's undergarments.” Ah, poor Elrond, how well I can relate. I can’t count the times I’ve woken up, not remembering where I was, or how I got there, my only clue a pair of mysterious undies. *sigh* Good memories! Ah, well, I digress, where was I? Actually, I do feel sorry for Elrond, being used like that – and by his own BROTHER! Not your usual N/C situation, but then there’s nothing ‘usual’ about you, is there? heh heh heh

BTW, Elven, your so-called “Hobbit Elite” were easily repelled by my minions at the Fortress of Evil Fuzzy Bunny Slippers. muahaha

OMG! Poor elleth and poor Elrond. I hope he does the right thing and meets with the young lady and Arwen immediately. Pretty icky being used like that.

Ooooo, everybody duck, it’s hit the fan! It’s a good thing Arwen left when she did, otherwise… well, let’s just not go there. None of us want to think of our parents in “that way.” *shudders* Can’t wait ‘til Arwen confronts Elrond about The Kiss.

P.S. Sowwy, Elven… I know Elrond can’t help being what he is – or isn’t. After all, not every male can be as handsome, and virile and just all-around studly as Boromir. XD

Ooooooooooooo!!!!!!!! *sends Hobbit Elite's after Freya* It's okay, Elrond...she didn't mean it. She was being ironic. *hugs Elrond tightly*

I knew it! I knew it couldn't really be Elrond. That cold fish couldn't show a girl a good time with a map, a flashlight, and breadcrumbs.
