Have I ever told you how much I love this story? No? Well I suppose I haven't, considering I've nevevieeviewed before :: looks at ground ashamedly:: Well anyway, I do! Glorfindel has got to be the greatest elf that ever lived and you do such a wonderful job portraying him. Write more soon.

I'm really enjoying your story so far. I love stories w/ Glorfindel, and I loved the beginning especially where you wrote about how he lived alone for the longest time.... Great writing, keep up the good work.

I love your presentation of Maeglin... how twisted he is! Poor Glorfindel...! Argh, you just want to slap Turgon silly until he listens...alas! I loved Huor...very entertaining.

Sorry, I haven't been here for a long while otherwise I would've been reviwing like mad! *hugs* But, at least I was greeted with many chapters to catch up on... I eargerly await more!

Girl, this is an awesome story! I love the plot development, you take your time but add enough depth to keep it interesting and the characterization is excellent! This story is sooo beliveable! This is the first time I have ever left feedback for any author and I have read a lot of stories so hopefully this will tell you how much I am enjoying this story. I read it in one sitting. Please continue, you have whet my appetite and I must be sated!

Anu!!!! ::glomps!:: Loving it! You make me hate Maeglin even more; kinda scary what he tried to do when he thought Glorfindel was Idril. Yay more Ecthelion! Ok, so he isn't paired with Glorfindel in this story but that's what my story is for so I can live with it all. Write more love!

Awww! Poor Turgon! You can't help but pity him for having that air of misfortune hanging round him... and it's worse knowing that soon it gets horrendous! Though, I hope things pic up when we finally get Earendil (sp?) born into the world... that will most definitely put a little light into Turngon's currently darkening life... mind you, he has Glorfindel. how can anything compare? *sigh*

Heehee, so the humans have arrived! Things are bound to stir up... heehee!

And I feel bad for Glor too... duty and love never mix.... he must be craving to comfort his poor dear Turgon...

Well, it's really a tradgey of grand proportions, and I'm actually being quite cruel to my readers by building them up before we're all crushed at the end, but the true heart of HotGF is that it's a drama. Sure, we know what happens in the end, but along the way - there's some light and there's laughter, and that's really what HotGF is all about. I'm so very glad you like it, I write with you lot (my readers) in mind, and when I get no reviews it makes me feel like I'm writing to empty air.
