I have been waiting months and months for this fic to be resumed, and had given up on it. I am overjoyed that it is continuing, but I can't help but fear that you are going to abandon us again. Please do not! Of all the Slave!Legolas, AbusedPrisoner!Legolas fics that I have read (and believe me, I have read a bundle), this one thus far has the best balance of emotions for a *canonical* Legolas. It is utterly believable.

That said, of course I am here for the *blush* *cough* non-con. Realistically, no one can endure torture forever, and you have been using some inventive ones. Legolas may not be going down without a fight, but it is inevitable that he should go down.... and much angst ensue.

I was rather disappointed that we didn't see the start of it in Cha 7. 7. I was skeptical of your new female OC. (Not as skeptical as other readers... you said that she was not going to be a love interest or a Mary Sue, so I will take you at your word there.) I suppose that ultimately if Legolas is going to be rescued, then he needs an ally on the inside. It is entirely reasonable that a female might be curious enough and sympathetic enough to help him. But be aware that for whatever reason (I'm guilty of it too, and I don't quite understand it) many slash readers loath (most) female characters - especially if they are young. (Come to think of it, the same comments go for kids. I'm sure that you must have some reason for creating children for the villain, but it is not obvious to me what.)

At any rate, I am looking forward to the next chapter. My perverted mind can imagine various scenarios, and I am wondering if they remotely match what you are going to come up with. Whatever it is, I hope you continue to do full justice to Legolas' characterization.

Great, again, but I trully hope you really don`t make a het-story out of this!!!!!!!!!!!!! It would be a shame.

Really a well written fic!I love your way to describe things,characters and thoughts.
It's a dark fic,but I find it so open to hope:Legolas'friend is still alive,he could help the poor elf by warning the King,then there's that stranger elf...very misterious one....
Let's talk about what I don't like:I don't like the whole Farmaen-thing,I dunno why,it's just...mmm...well,with a Legolas/Farmaen love story(I'm sure U're going to do it)I cannot help but think your story would be ruined...it looks like the banal love story to me-prince held captive runs away with the daughter's foe who helps him to survive...

This is your fic,do what you want,without being too oppressed by the opinions of the readers!
