A most excellent story. I absolutely love the way you handle this 3-way relationship. It's so... balanced. I love the sex, the ways you bring them together again and again and each time is different- it never gets boring or stale. I loved the trials you've put them through (hey, I'm angst girl at heart) and I love the way you've brought them through it all stronger. I also enjoy all the little things you’ve done to really make this a great story, in addition to the main attraction- having an excellent supporting cast, and having some wonderfully strong female characters as well (something I often find lacking in slashfic). Reading your stories always makes me feel satisfied; it has truly been a pleasure and I look forward with great anticipation to reading more.
If I may be pardoned for my hubris, reading your stories puts me in mind to quote C.S. Lewis, who said, upon reading the original LotR,
"I have drained the rich cup and satisfied a long thirst."

Oooohhhh...I don't like that line "There is a time to come when such a promise would cause him great anguish. Our troth belongs to the future yet, ‘Roh.” We corresponded once before about potential betrayals and this just sounds too foreboding...of course, it could be referencing the Fellowship separation too. I hope its that. I always enjoy your fics and look forward to your short vignettes while patiently awaiting my next major fix of P3. I can't wait to find out who is with Anteuron(sp?) in the Peredhel family room though I've revised my suspicions about that based on your response to my inquiry. Do you have your whole storyline mapped out already through several stories as it sounds in your A/N? Or just a general plotline? I was really impressed when the whole issue of Legolas wanting to posssibly claim Elrohir solo came up. I couldn't believe that that had never happened before and actually went back and re-read all the stories with a three column chart noting where each encounter occurred and who did what to whom. It was quite extensive believe me but true to your word it had indeed never occurred with either twin. (I know, what a pathetic life that I had nothing better to do than make a three column chart up and track fictional characters' sexual activity!) Well, it just leads me to belive that you do indeed have much if not of your stories outlined , or at least the major arcs. Until next time, thanks for some great writing!

Well, yes, Legolas, that chapter certainly was intense!

I cannot quite follow the trajectories of all the various body parts, though. How do you figure it out, Min? With little bendy dolls or something?

I was kind of hoping that some silver rings might put in an appearance at the end of Any Shelter, but I guess that is not in the cards. Since that means that there will have to be even more sequels, I suppose that is not a bad thing. ;)

Ah yes. And now I need a cold shower! At least, if I intend to get anything useful done at all!
