Blah, blah, blah, welcome back (yet again *grins*) Sometimes RL truly does suck, blah, blah, blah. And yes, I’ll wait patiently to read this story, dammit! *clears throat* Anyway… So much for my theory of Michael comes back from the dead and they all live happily-ever-after. This is quite a curveball you’ve thrown us. You’ve kept me guessing from the start about where/how this will all end, it’s one of the things I love about this story!

Hope you're feeling well - I check in every couple of days between negotiating the swamp that is my busy life (grad school, full time job, part time job, occasional dusting, slightly more than occasional boyfriend) to see if you've updated. I think it's been about a month since the last update and was hoping thtat your health had taken a turn for the better. Take your time updating - one of the pleasures of this story is that the quality of the work is so far above what normally passes for fanficiton in the fandom dedicated to Tolkien's books. It is one of the few that take into account the religious undercurrents that run through Tolkien's collected works and then one-ups the good professor by adding some much-needed levity and a great deal of spice to the mix. To be truthful, when I first read the books as a twelve-year-old girl, I thought they were a tad dry. Honestly, I think I like your Legolas, foul-mouthed, murderous, earthy and unearthly more than Tolkien's Mr. Perfect.

And I really like Michael. Reminds me of a friend I had in art school, though his medium was clay, rather than wallpaper and architecture.

Hang in there, feel better and I'm looking forward to the next installment.

Wonderful story. I love the interaction of Gil-glad and Orpher (I know i murdered their names) with Michael. Very easy to get lost in the story.

When are you going to be able to update again? I understand about health issues (I work in a hospital) but i am going through withdral here.

Also loved Pottymouth.

Please keep up the great work.

Welcome back - again! We'll take your good days as we can get them! "Big Vala" *lol* I guess it's true what they say, "It's not what you know, but WHO you know!" Glad Michael's back amongst the living. I just love how hard Legolas fights for him!

I'm so relieved to hear you're feeling better, I've been worrying about you. Let's pray your new meds are the right ones, not just so you can write again, but so you can function.

I almost feel so sorry for Michael - he has no clue what's going on, and no say in his own life... or afterlife! I'm amazed at how well he's coping. I'd be a basket case, what with Valar interventions, death, the Halls...

Keep it up, and stay healthy!
