Now I feel sorry for Orophin!Haldir seems to be taken by Thranduil and vice-versa.Is there any elf(or anyone at all)left for Orophin?If Haldir and Thranduil work out,I don't want Orophin to be left out and be lonely.

Legolas means well in trying to be a matchmaker for his father and Orophin. Like how jealous and protective Legolas is concerning Elrohir. Interesting side shown by Glorfindel in being insecure how to proceed with Rumil. He was so confident in the original story, but love makes anyone insecure when it's so important.

This sequel should be a lot of fun with Lindir pregnant and everyone anticipating the addition to the Imladris family. I assume both Elladan and Lindir wanted to have a child soon. In the original story, Elrond could give Lindir some portion to keep from getting pregnant. Should be fun reading about Haldir and Thranduil getting together too. Wishing your muse much food for thought and inspiration.
