It was a fortunate occurence that Haldir came across the despondant Legolas, and was able to reveal certain things about Rumil. Otherwise, Legolas would have left Lorien hurt and angry, and would have avoided Rumil from that day forward.

Legolas is very sweet in this story. How crushing to his yearning heart when Rumil turned away from him like that. Interested to see how Orophin and Haldir get together since they are paired in your story heading. Orophin is being so selfish to treat Rumil like that.

Poor Legolas! Poor Rumil, come to think of it. Haldir needs to seriously stifle Orophin...I'm sure *some* method could be found that would work... **smirk**

Poor Rumil and poor Legolas, both love the other, but Rumils lack of confidence is going to ruin it for both of them. Who's going to have to put it back together for them? Probably Haldir I guess. Good chapter, please keep on writing this.
