Very poignant chapter...and ved ved the touch of the twins farspeaking with Gildor! Nice semi-comic relief in a very emotional situation. There is enough guilt for a whole battalion of elves swirling around Gildor, hmm? Very complex character, wonderfully written.
This is a lovely fic, and I am anxiously awaiting the next installment!

Sweetie, I'm sorry I'm so far behind on leaving feedback for this incredible story. I know I've told you this in emails before, but you are an amazing writer! Point of view can be a difficult thing to get across, when you're writing, but you've always done an excellent job of showing exactly what each character is thinking and feeling. And, as I've said before, I hate to see my beloved Thranduil lose out; but, Haldir is so miserably in love, I truly hope he "gets the guy". *g* Keep up fantfantastic work, dear. And don't worry about how long it takes; muses are very stubborn creatures. ;)

This is lovely...I started reading before the last AFF.net crash, and just got caught up! **grin** I love your characterization of Gildor. I am torn between feeling sorry for him, and wanting to pin him to a burning tree! **snicker**

Wonderful! Gildor remains such a mystery, but it is fun trying to figure him out. Looking forward to some Legolas and Glorfindel interaction

Hi Ryo, your story is wonderful! But I have some questions still to understand:-) I don't remember in which chapter precisely but Gildor said that he didn't love Thanduil (I think it was his talk to Glorfindel). It's not love from the bottom of the heart but just lust or liking to be with each other. But in last chapter 10, he said to Thranduil that he loves him...? I am confused. And if he doesn't does it mean that he began to develop his feeling to Haldir?
