I agree with the other two posters, actually. Yes, I did read the nd ynd yes, I immediately thought "Oh, here we go". It is such a pity when stories are spoiled because the author doesn't know where to put those two little words, "The End". Honestly, the best ending for this would have been at parts nineteen or twenty, or at least started a sequel to the arc with warnings. Everything that follows is completely different in tone and style, and whilst it's not a bad thing for an author to progress, I think that such a dramatic deviation to such odd science fiction (I'm talking about the whole Maeglin thing) just doesn't fit. At all. Up to there it has been of beautiful style and flow; it was the randomness of the rest that ruined it. The previous reviewer wast-ont-on with that train-wreck analogy.

Hmm...*lol*

Well, I do consider part 29 to be the last part of the 'serious' story. For me, this is more something humerous and probably for you as well. I don't know if you noticed it. but your writing style has completely changed!

Oh well...I don't mind this part actually...rather funny, but like I said, for me, not an original part of the Serie.

And Gandalf...always keeping his cool *bg*
“With child, eh?” Gandalf muttered distractedly beside him. “Very--interesting.” The wizard did not look too spry himself.

I agree with the other anon poster. I have suffered through the last three arcs of this monster in the hopes of it *ending*. And I don't care if there is a 'warning' -- those of us who have spent 29 arcs hoping for a decent ending feel gipped. MPREG is not only a silly concept, the Valar would have more sense than to impregnant a male Elf. Let's not even go into the biological impossibility of the situation.

This does ruin a fic that was ruined with the whole Maeglin fright. *sighs* Some authors do not know when to simply stop. Such a shame. I equate this whole thing with a train wreck -- one just cannot look away.

Oh great, now we have 2 brave ANON posters. I probably shouldn't even bother responding but, what the heck: Firstly, how 'bout you both learn to read and heed/b> warnings. If you can't seem to do that - and I have to wonder why that seems to be so hard - you could, I don't know, perhaps try and develop a sense of humor - 'tongue in cheek' ringing any bells?

Eresse, hon, I can tell already that I'm going to thoroughly enjoy watching Legolas 'endure' this, er, situation! And since Elrohir is *already* in overprotective of Legolas mode he's going to be a blast to read about. As alwaI'mI'm looking forward to the next update.

I LOVED IT!!! The reactions of both families cracked me up. I almost thought Legolas would cause bodily harm to Elrohir. I can't wait to see where this goes. I won't ask for more soon because you always do.
Take Care,

This is going to be so sweet- and funny, I imagine! The G & I series has been a delight from the very beginning. You have a true talent with words, and I look forward with great anticipation to 'Twilight Tales'. I would also like to thank you for your kind words about my own fic. I am honored and amazed! : )

You know, I'm not normally into MPreg, but I have to finish what you started... and that was just way to funny... I like how it's not a normal thing for male elves to get pregent. This is going to be great. I can't wait to see how it goes, your such a master with words... Thank you for all that you have done.

Oh, I laughed through this entire chapter... very funny. I loved Elrond's reaction and I could clearly see the look Legolas was giving Elrohir when he as 'what else did you wish for?' The dialogue was very cleverly written, especially at the end when Elrond was speaking to Thranduil. :o)
