What a wonderful story. I actually love the way you have written Legolas in this story, heart of ice and all. And Haldir, poor sweet, cunning warrior that he is finally got the tables turned on him. Can't believe this is an older tale and I am just now finding it!

OH, I just finished reading this and the ending was so sweet! |^_^| Very well done.

After reading this I went back and rewatched the extended version of that scene. Your right it does look almost like Haldir is indicating Legolas in their argument. Hadn't noticed that before... |^_^|
When I read this line: “His intentions are not pure, Legolas.” “And you think mine are?” : I was cracking up. I can so picture it. |^_~| You made Legolas sound 10 times hotter than he already is, and since he was scorching before.... Well, you get my drift. It's so like Legolas to take things into his own hands. Well, at least in my opinion. |^_~|

This story kicks ass. I love it. Awww......... I was so sad when it ended. You should consider doing a sequal ;)

Shit, That's hard core! Man, I really hope something happens between Aragorn and Legolas. Damn that Haldir!!! I'd like to see Aragorn kick his ass.... *growls* I can't wait to read the next couple chappies, but now I have to sleep. Like Aragorn's, my body is protesting so little sleep ;) I'll read as much as I can tomorrow. Great story!!!!

Wonderful!!! I am sorry it has taken me so long to read and review this, but a good move on my part as I have chapter 4 waiting for me in my inbox!! Yippee!!

That said, I love this story more and more with every word I read. Such complex emotions coming from our Legolas. I love it! And Haldir too is not the arrogant, self-involved elf that everyone makes him out to be. Great, great, great!! You make me love him!

And Gimli being the one to bring Legolas to his senses???? Quite the wee sue surprise. A great friend he is!

And the encounter between Legolas and Haldir at the end was perfect! So beautiful are those two elves. ::sigh::

This was really a great story.Wait,I remember the lesson you put on In Your Image about love.I think you called it infinite love between warriors and soulmates.In this,Legolas loves Aragorn but not the same way he loves Haldir.Good job.

But will he punish Aragorn? He hasn't learned that this tends to backfire?
And your beautiful Haldir - he's so in love he will actually help?
Hm... I do hope there will be more chapters - It will be very interesting to see what happens next.
Maybe the wise Gimli could help poor Aragorn, then *g*, just a thought.
Anyway, I will most certainly check back for updates on this story.

I haven't had a story affect me this much in a long time. Thank you for sharing such a truly amazing story. I should have gone to bed over half an hour ago but I just couldn't stop reading it til I was finished.
The depths of both characters.. I know Haldir is my favouritet yot you really do make them, come alive. *bookmarks page*
