I was worried that something like this will happen. Afterall things never did run smoothly for our beloved couple. *sigh* I only hope that Elrohir does not take another lover. That will really break Leggy's heart. Next chapter soon, very soon please?

Very very sad. If Legolas suffers heartbreak because of Elrohir's affection elsewhere, my heart would break with him. Who could bear such hurt? No amount of circumspection and rationallization would ease the pain. Bottom line is, if that happens, Legolas' heart would break. The only question is whether Elrohir would be in time to prevent him from going to the Halls of Awaiting. Grimmmmmm and I am a coward because from this chapter on I will start reading from the end. I sleep now win acn aching heart.

With all due respect, how much longer do you intend to drag this out? You would have done best to end it after part twenty, and it now seems as though you're just putting these two through this misery for the sake of it. Your writing style is very good, and the story started off brilliantly, but I can't help thinking that it's been spoiled because it's been allowed to drag on too long, just because you felt you could.
It's come to the point where I'm skim-reading the chapters because I'm desperate for something -- anything -- to happen, but it's stagnant angst to the last. There are two remaining reasons I'm reading this: the first is that I do still admire your way with words and that you have the ability to pin-point an emotion so precisely. The second is that I'm just desperate to see *something* happen -- I've been reading this for too long to just give up, although at times I have been tempted.

Oh come one...Don’t you think Legolas suffered enough ? How long will Elrohir need to remember his love for Leggy ? I know that now, Legolas can finally understand what Elrohir went through on the beginning of their relationship, but I hope it won’t end the same way. I mean Elrohir almost died but you won’t make Leggy almost fade....right ? Or is that your plan ? Whatever it is, I hope everything will end well. Remember that you said that there will be a happy ending !

Poor Legolas, he has waited for so long. I feel some major heart ache and sadness coming on (time to stock up on tissue, probably gonna need it). Please update this absolutely wonderful story soon, I (like many faithful readers who read but don't review "shame on you") cannot wait to see what happens.
Aduial, please come back to your Calenlass!

I must say, you have certainly gotten inside my head with this wonderful story. When I am reading a something this good, I actually feel guilty for putting it down (or at the end of the most recent update)....like I am somehow stranding the characters in limbo somewhere. I find myself thinking about it throughout the day and wondering what will happen next. I really look forward to updates.
My heart goes out to Legolas. Of course, many chapters ago it was poor Elrohir; however, this is absolute torture. So valiant and steadfast in his committment to his spouse...nearly at the risk of his own sanity. If only men could show even a hint of that devotion. *sigh* The shameless pursuit by others of both of them only adds more tension to the already cataclysmic torture of waiting. So close, but so far away.
In short, please update soon.

*sits still and resists the urge to scream* Not only would it not do any good, but it would wake up my roommate. You're ripping my heart out here! I feel so bad for Legolas, even though it is kinda good for him to experience a bit of what Elrohir went through. Want more. Need more. Waiting for more!
