frist of all Orlando would not be in jail yet he would be at a cell in the police station over night than released to under the supervision of a friend or family member, he wouldn't go to jail till after trial which would not happen for a while, and if Viggo weren't to die then he'd only face DUI charges, a weekend in jail a $300 fine(i think) and he's licence suspended for a year, if he did die it would be charged with vehicaler homoicide plus DUI(kind of pointless to charge DUI), and well theat just suck but he would still be out of bail till the verdict was in so.............. well anyway good story

Umm good so far, only one question. Viggo says he will drive Orlando home, and then Orlando is arrested because he is driving? Looking forward to more chapters tho!
