I have to say that the way you have Legolas reacting to the abuse the the inability to see that his solution to his problem is the problem is done marvelously. You can actually follow the crazy illogic of the self mutilation issue. This is not overly dramatic, but absolutely gets to the guts of it.
I love Haldir. I can understand this whole immortal and mortal love thing going on, but how does this bond effect the three of them (since I don't understand the whole 'I chose a mortal life' thing) and what about Arwen. I haven't read the thing entirely so some questions may be answered upon completing the chapters currently up.
Good job. Would Legolas have followed his father and grandfathf hef he had a son of his own or would he have been the one to break the family cycle of abuse. I for one don't believe that being beaten will always end up with the victim becoming an offender. Keep writing.

Ok i'd like to apologize and explain something. I am NOT good at writing full sex scenes. Het or Slash. This is my first fan fiction. I did write Slash on an RP but that was easy cause I let the other players do most of the work *smirks* In the next chapter I will attempt to write a full sex scene between Thranduil/Rumil so be kind. :) But for now blackout sex and groping will have to be enough. Sorry.

I love your story. It is so heartbreaking. But it is becoming happier. I love the Haldir/Legolas/Aragorn pair I h I hope that Legolas and Thranduil get closer. And I hope Rumil and Thranduil get together. I like to see everyone happy.
