Just finished reading it. Though I don't usually jump into a story blindly when a pairing isn't listed, I made an exception for you since I liked your other stories a lot and Legolas is a major player. I really hope it turns out Erestor/Legolas. I've grown exceedingly fond of that pairing while working on my own little pet project. XD Well, whoever Legolas ends up with, I hope you don't leave us hanging. And if it isn't attraction he feels for Legolas, what is it. =3 I can hardly wait to find out. I love your characterizations especially of Legolas and Erestor. That's just how I picture Legolas like as an elfling. And Erestor being all stoic and mysterious. XD Makes me curious. That was major ouchies for Legolas. ;_; I'm confused though, what do you mean by the spider's spine? *scratches head* =_= Anyways. I'm glad your back and hope you update soon. X3

Anything with Erestor is great in my book! His mysterious past has me intrigued. Legolas being brought in has my hopes up, needless to say I will be following this closely and eagerly!

well, that last chapter has left me feeling a little green around the gills. that infection stench is just a little too recent (my cat had an infected puncture, blech). good story though. can't wait for more. just please, no more cauterizing or oozing wounds.

Could you post the pairings in the summary or at least top of the first page? Pairings largely decide what fics I read. You may get more readers by posting them... Cliffhangers are one thing, but I do like to at least know what I'm getting into...
But I adored The Jewel of Mirkwood. XD

Whew... that chapter was exhausting; I broke out into a cold sweat just reading it. Poor Legolas, hopefully Elrond's efforts will hold and how sweet of Erestor to distract him as he did. You did an excellent job of showing Erestor's ever elusive soft side. :o)

I LOVE YOUR STORY!!! You have to continue! There are so many unanswered questions! Especially the fact, that Erestor showed some (not yet specified) emotions when he heard Tduilduils name (Legolas was not mentioned by name)... I also want to know how our dear twins and the lovely princeling get along.
And who will bring Erestor back to "real" life? Elrond ("healer"), Glorfindel (old friend), Legolas (beautiful new visitor... unexpirienced) or maybe Thranduil (perhaps a past lover???)! Questions without end in sight! Please, answer them *puppy eyes*! I know there will be many riddles, cliffhanger and angst. There is enough ptialtial for that, I think!
