Excellent characterization and motivation. Response to emotion--not expressing it--is very credible.
I'd like to see the somewhat perfunctory framing device (remembering from Valinor) developed in more depth possibly toward the conclusion.

This is a wonderfull story... Really sad (from Legolas point of view); but still good. I wish Legolas could end with Arwen somehow, even thou you wrote she had died and he is speaking in retrospection. I'm a huge Arwen/Legolas fan so please at least think about it..... It's breaking my heart to see Legolas suffering so.....

Wrong, all wrong, and still wrong! LOL But I love it! I think it's going to be a good thing that Legolas harbors these feelings towards Estel, cause that would make it easier for him to see Arwen with Estel, in the long run. Better to have two people you love each other than to have someone you love with someone you hate, right? Keep it coming...I'm totally engrossed in this tale!

I've read all of the chapters thus far, and am dying to learn the rest of this tale! Please, don't keep us waiting for too long! Your characters are well developed, your plots are intriguing, and your relationships are able to tear forth a plethora of emotions from the reader. Keep up the wonderful work!

Hi Ariel!
Started reading and got this sense of Deja Vu...
I said to myself...
"I've read this somewhere before!"
Me thinks you are posting this at one of my groups...

Anyway.. I love your story..
enough romance eep eep the elves happy...
and my personal favorite.. grief and suffering!
Poor Legolas... so cute.. but so good at being mournful.
Keep it up! ~ Keep it dark!
