All I have to say is ABOUT FUCKING TIME!!!!! Still kinda wanted to see Lego get his ass beat by Elladan, but beautifully, masterfully written chapter. Bravo! I rue the end of this series but it will forever be one I will re-read agand and again. Thank you!

I was almost afraid to read this chapter Eressë because I was worried that after all the build up – narrative and emotional – I would be disappointed, however, nothing could be farther from the truth. Indeed, I find it is satisfying on many levels.
Elrohir and Legolas have come full circle haven't they? This was masterfully demonstrated by the way Legolas, in conquering his fear and opening his heart, literally conquers Elrohir. And what a wonderful metaphor for love that is; after all aren’t we all at once conquerors and slaves to love? As he has guided Legolas in many ways during their friendship, Elrohir has now guided Legolas in the matter of his heart! I loved how everything Elrohir has physically done to Legolas in the past is turned back on himself and that by doing this Legolas truly experiences making love for the first time.
In my mind Elrohir loses none of his dignity in accepting Legolas’ love without reproaching him for his behaviour. He *understood* if was fear that was motivating him and it was only his own insecurity over Legolas’ feelings for Estel that blinded him to the full realization that Legolas fear was so great because he felt far more for him than he ever would for Aragorn. Again the past echos; Legolas forgave Elrohir for his attack in much the same manner. As for Legolas - for him to be still so afraid of a rejection he knows he deserves and yet offer his heart anyway is all I needed to forgive him for hurting Elrohir. Let’s hope Arwen is as understanding!
I was right Eressë; the whole encounter was just *combustible*! And yet wildly romantic – I just adore this:
“Had his Twilight turned from him, he would have been lost.” *sigh* I think I'm more desperate for updates now than I was before. THANK GOD we still have 10 more stories to look forward to!

tis too beautifully written for words....so achingly tender and sweet that I just never want it to end. It's so wonderful to finally see them both happily in love.
It's taken about 20 chapters to chronicle their hook-up, so pls pls don't end anytime soon............ another 20 chapters to chronicle their loving would be excellent! Hee hee, I know, we readers are so greedy and demanding. ^___^

This was just so good and right!
At first:
"With long-honed ability, bold Imladris tamed, seduced, conquered anew the sacred core of primal Greenwood."
And now:
"With new but well-learned skill, audacious Greenwood subdued, ravished, took possession of the hallowed center of noble Imladris."
I love the way you have turned it around and made it part of the chapter (and yet again prove for your great writing skills). For a second there, I thought things would go wrong, when Elrohir misunderstood Legolas on the Mindolluin in the matter of Aragorn. Luckily that was not the case. They are together now, but I think they will have to work very hard to regain the trust in each other.
Good work once again!

This must have been the best chapter yet! I almost the entire time... Still little angry with Legolas but I'm really happy that they're together after all. Thank you for the best fic ever and I really hope there will be much more to read in the future!
